This was our first experience renting a condo on a beach.<br/>It was the best vacation we've ever had. The room was spotless and everything we didn't know we wanted it to be!<br/>In fact, it was so wonderful that we've booked the same room again but for two weeks this time!!<br/>&#xD83D;&#xDC96;&#xD83D;&#xDC96;

Exactly what I expected! Exactly what I needed! Perfect location right across the street from Walmart. I loved the balcony so that I could enjoy the beach without getting on the beach! Unit was very cozy and clean!

Relaxing trip

The room was great and so was the view. The only problem we had was the people doing maintenance decided to paint our door while we were in the room and when we went to leave paint got on my husband's clothes. I understand maintenance has to be done but I wish they had waited to do our door until we had left. Other than that it was a great experience.

Loved the location, condo needs a little update but all and all a great place to stay, would stay again.

The rental was very small but livable. Personally I thought the furniture was too large for the space especially in the bedroom. Other than that, a good remodel would be nice. Not crowded, pool area was excellent. Location was great.

Always love the Sunset condo. Close to the beach and employees very nice. Nice family oriented close to everything.Grocery stores right across street. Close to gulfshores, Pensacola, and beyond. Bathroom safety bars was a plus, thanks.

This was our second stay in this suite. We loved it the first time and was not disappointed the second. It feels like home now. <br/>Everything was clean and well kept. The lounge chairs on the balcony were wonderful!<br/>Perfect location! Access to the beach and restaurants was wonderful! <br/>Like I said, it feels like home now!!

Property was as described regarding location, layout and amenities. Bed was very comfortable and clean. Only two recommendations: have a few spare clothes hangers in the closet and a few more pots/pans in kitchen.

Great weather and water temps; this time of year is perfect!! Condo is in a great location with everything you need right across the street! Condo needs some updating- furniture and appliances, but all good enough. Some of the popcorn ceiling is coming off in the bedroom, doesn't look the best. But again not a deal breaker.

We had a wonderful time at Sunswept!! The view was everything I expected and needed. The condo was very clean and well stocked. It doe need some repairs. The rail paint was peeling as well as little spots on the ceiling. But the price was right and the bed was so comfy!! We will probably stay at Sunswept again but try another unit. I would prefer more comfortable living room couches and chairs but they were nice. We didn't get to swim in the pool because it was too cold but it looked very nice and very clean.

Great location. Condo was clean and comfortable for myself and my husband. The kitchen was a bit small but the view made up for it!

wonderful time, great place, air conditioner needs work, when it cuts off it sound like it will rattle out of the closet. you have to either cut it down so it runs all the time or cut it up so that it doesn't cut on so much. other wise we will keep coming in the future.

Smaller than expected, but comfortable

I have booked rentals from them before and am very pleased with using them each time. Their employees are very friendly and helpful. I love the location and everything always goes smoothly.

MY husband, teenage son and I checked in on Sunday which was a seamless process since they are closed. The unit itself was small a bit outdated, the hallway lights did not work and the coffee pot had mold in it but that didn't keep us from having a great stay. This rental overlooked the pool and ocean which was breathtaking. The location is in a very convenient location so I would consider staying here again.

Great views of the ocean. Clean and simple room. I had no complaints other than being by the elevator and hearing tons of traffic through the night and early morning.

Condo was just as it was described. We enjoyed lounging on the balcony and enjoying the sounds of the ocean. Had everything we needed. Stores are close by incase you forgot something or needed to buy food for your stay. Will consider Sunswept again !

The pool is large and so it was cold, not sure if it's heated. We were able to swim in Clearwater FL in Jan and Feb bc the pool was heated. Overall, we booked it for the price for a view and the location central to grocery stores, restaurants, and not as busy as gulf shores with having kids. Not related to the condo but he u turns are kind of annoying but we get their purpose. We will return at some point. The condo could use some updating.
