We had a great stay. The unit was conveniently located near the elevator which we appreciated. The unit was also clean and tidy with a great view of the beach. Only a few minor things that need to be tended to....pealing ceiling over bathtub due to water damage, slow bathtub drain and missing light fixture cover in kitchen. Great stay!!

Condo was very clean. Kiddie toilet in Mstr. Bath...not good!! Sheets need replacing on a regular basis.

The quality of this condo (305) was MUCH LESS than all the ones we have had there in the previous 8 years. Other than the conditions in this unit, we had a pleasant time there. The staff was excellent & always helpful.

All was great except for dirty floors.

We have stayed at the Sunswept almost every year for 30 years and love the office staff and location. Room 305 however did present some challenges. Many light bulbs missing and we had to wash all the dishes that we used because they were put up dirty.

Family an I had a great time,but needs to be updated hardly got an sleep cause the bed was very out of date just uncomfortable. Also the bedroom had mold on the ceiling where it was rotted.

Had a wonderful week on the beach. Clean room with excellent views.

The location of this property is fantastic, right on the beach with a pool in between. Can't get much better than that. :)

The rental property was very clean and well taken care of. The location of the property was wonderful, easy access to stores and beach. It would have been nice to have access to renting movies on the TV or option to play movies (DVD player), we tried to rent as it looked like that option was available as we could preview movies, but it would not allow us to rent. Lots of channels available, but nothing to watch at night. It is a great place for a family get-away. I would recommend this property.

Perfect rental for a couple or small family. Great views, fully furnished with almost everything you need. Would stay here again without hesitation.

We had the best time staying here. The beach was right off our balcony and pool. We loved it!! Def be back again soon!!! Had everything we needed to feel right at home on the beach. I can't say enough for how much fun we had and how much we enjoyed it. Highly recommend it!!!

Prior to Sally's arrival we were having a geat time. Management was not around after the hurricane which was a bit of a problem but we were finally able to get ahold of Sherry and she was a great help even though she was dealing with her own damage. Lots to love about this condo and building. Centrally located. Right on the beach. Loved the pool. This unit was clean. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Our only complaint was the couch. It was very uncomfortable - narrow and the cushions were worn down. My husband likes to relax and watch tv. Between the small TV and the uncomfortable couch, he didn't rest well.

Best location on Orange Beach

We have stayed at Sunswept since 2008. We like the location, and that it has one bedroom units, as it is just my husband and me. It is clean and for the most part well maintained, however some of the units could definitely use some updating. All units should include a lounger and not just a table and chairs, otherwise there is not a comfortable place to sit on the balcony. The kitchen in unit #305 was not very well appointed. We don't eat in often, but there was not adequate equipment if you wanted to cook and eat in the unit.
