Beautiful unit with very stylish and artistic decorating. However, pictures are apparently outdated as current furnishings and layout are different from those pictured. Broken toilet paper holder and shower handle in bathroom which were only partially revealed to us at check in. Gorgeous third floor view from balcony and very short access to beach! Loved having additional half-bath. Kitchen was very well furnished and appliances were great.

Nice condo right on the beach in Orange Beach, AL. The view from the balcony is amazing and the best part of staying here. The bed linens were scratchy, bunched up and the comforter was horrible the first night. The office took care of it and sent someone up right away to change it out. Much more comfortable sleeping the second night. The door wouldn’t close because the arm above the door was drooping/loose. Again, mgmt sent someone right away to look at it. Was very happy with the way the place was run. Unit had 1 and 1/2 bathrooms, which was nice. Overall, comfortable unit. A bit pricey at $362/night, but you’re paying for the view and close proximity to the beach. Beach was crowded here with loud music all around. Will probably opt to drive further away next time and try the beaches past Seaside. Lots of check out rules including running the dishwasher and putting all the dishes away before leaving.

The condo was quaint and cozy. The property itself could use some better cleaning, especially around the elevator.

My stay at Sunswept was wonderful. The condo Was beautiful, comfortable and in the perfect location with a great view of the ocean and directly overlooking the pool. The beach was literally steps away... no long walk down the plank. The other vacations were all friendly and the staff was great and always available. The location is in the middle of anything you would want to do while vacationing. I booked the same unit, same time next year.

Minus the reface construction going on, it was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The unit is very clean and updated. The furniture looks great and not worn at all. The bed is a bit firm but still comfortable. No issue with the condo or it’s amenities at all. Check in was quick and the grounds are very well kept, each morning there was someone checking the pool and picking up trash and straightening the chairs. In the evening there was a security person checking the gate and keeping the area safe. Plenty of parking on site and they have nice carts to help with hauling items. There are a lot of kids staying here with their families so it is noisy early in the morning and it seems people don’t have a care in the world about talking loud or yelling to each other from balconies late at night or early in the morning before 8am. That was our only frustration. If we return we will get a unit up higher that 3rd floor. Again the property was kept up very well, pool was always crystal clear.

Clean, convenient and nicely decorated. Third floor is great view of gulf and beach. I recommend making the entire facility tobacco free. The condo was very nice, we loved the decor and comfort of the unit. Recommend for couples.

I rented 304 and 807 Sunswept condos. Both were very nice, comfortable. Beds were very comfortable All appliances were in good working order. They were both very clean, well maintained, and nicely decorated. I would certainly rent either one of them again<br/><br/>I have been coming to Sunswept for years. This time the condition of the pool was a great area of concern. The water was cloudy not clear. The sides of the pool were dirty and brown. Everyday, Sand was on the steps and pool bottom and was not taken care of for several days. A couple of mornings I, along with a friend would get a crab net to remove bugs, grass etc from the top of the water so we could get in the pool Hopefully this situation can be remedied quickly In all my years of coming to Sunswept, I have never seen the pool in such poor condition.<br/><br/>Other than this my family and I had a fantastic stay

We enjoyed our stay at SunSwept 304. The condo was very clean and had a great view from the balcony. The location is close to a lot of restaurants. The beach was great and closer than the photos made it seem. Other tenants were respectful and quiet and parking was nice. The ad didn't say but the bed is a queen size. This unit was not the biggest we've stayed in but was comfortable for a couple. The grounds were very well maintained, especially the pool. So overall it was very good and we would stay again.

This property was every pleasant and very well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay. Will look to stay again in the future.

Have stayed at Sunswept many times. Never had a bad experience. Will stay there again next time in Orange Beach.

Just what we wanted ! Just what we needed ! Great Condo, very clean and comfy. Great location and beautiful view. We will definitely be renting this condo again ! ! ! Can't wait ! ! !

Had a great week at the beach - unit was very well decorated and clean. Only two complaints, fan in family room is noisy; plastic on bed is hot, sheet didn&#x2019;t stay on very well, kept having to remake it.

the only issue besides the traffic, was the shower hot water did not get as hot as the water in the sink

We had a wonderful stay in Orange Beach! The one bedroom unit with an extra 1/2 bathroom was perfect for a couple. The onsite property managers were very nice and responsive to our needs. The location was perfect, very easy access to the beach and close to many restaurants and attractions. The view from the balcony was fabulous! We also liked the beach chair rental option. We would definitely stay in Sun Swept condos again!

We enjoyed our time at Orange Beach and our condo. The condo had everything you could possibly need. It was clean and very comfortable. The ocean was amazing! You won't regret staying here.

Great unit! It was perfect for myself & my husband. On the 3rd floor, overlooking the beach & pool area! Balcony was awesome & the condo was clean! Will be staying here again.

My mom and I decided to take a last minute beach trip getaway. This condo was perfect for that. We enjoyed our coffee while sitting on the balcony with the waves right beside us. Condo was as described. The management called me the day prior to arriving about their office closing the day I was to arrive. They let me know I could check in early if I wanted because the condo had been vacant. Our trip was great; good location. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay.

It was clean, had all the necessities, and loved the ocean view. The only problem I had was the bed was way too hard. But I made do by sleeping on the couch.

The condo we stayed in was very nice, clean and made you feel at home. The beach and pool was not crowded at all and the weather was perfect. We will definitely be coming back.

I had a great time staying at the resort. It is in a very good location of everything around, and it being located on the beach made it even better. Will be staying there again when we come to the beach.

WE decided to take a last minute vaca to Orange Beach. Called Coastal Properties because they have always met our family's needs. Costal Properties had the perfect condo for us. The condo was very nice, very clean, and extremely updated!
