It was a great location! The apartment was very small but was fine for us and our small grandson. The floor was not cleaned very well but other than that just needed furniture updated.

Its a perfect location and the accommodations are great. Feels like home every time we come to the property and 204 feels welcoming and perfect for a beach stay, regardless of the season. We have been at this property many times and in the same unit at least 3 or 4 times so far. I don't know what else the owners could offer except for maybe some 3 in one oil for the squeaky sofa bed. :-) I will stay here again.

We like Sunswept at Orange Beach . Location is suoer and people are super.

Enjoyed our stay in 204 condo. We love how close the beach is to the place. We had a few miles first to visit friends in West Palm Beach then we decided to stop in orange beach. The staff at Sunswept are great. We hope Sunswept confinues to be available for years to come.

Love coming here. You can’t beat the location. Staff was very helpful during our stay. Can’t wait to return!

We love staying here whenever we're able to come to the beach. Our condo was just the right size for myself, husband and our 9 yr old son. I love that it has a full kitchen and the pool is just downstairs. Then that takes you straight to the beautiful beach!

This property was well represented by the pictures. Very clean and well kept. Staff was friendly and helpful, attentive to our various needs throughout the week. The location and view were amazing!

Great view would prefer to be a little higher up next visit , Furniture in living room & Bedroom was nice, The location was perfect & convenient for our dining & concert Plans ! Sherry was very professional & Nice on arrival !Only complaint was needed more bathroom counter space!

Sunswept 204 was a perfect accommodation for the long beach weekend my husband and I the opportunity to take. The unit was clean and comfortable and furnished with everything we needed. The half bath, which most 1 bedroom units don't have, essentially gave each of us our own bathroom. The complex itself was beautifully maintained and the Coastal Property personnel were very friendly and helpful. Other than the erratic weather which varied from stormy to clear blue skies and sunshine, it was altogether a perfect weekend!

The only complaint that I would register is that we had to mop the floors when we arrived. Everything else was acceptable.

King bed super comfy. Loved the convenience of being only one floor up. Using stairs instead of elevator. Great location. Super nice guy at checkin. We will be back

Nice clean unit. Friendly, helpful host. The half bath is a plus. Many grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. Everything worked as it should. Too cold to use the pool but they cleaned it everyday anyway. Nice location near the pool with great Beach views.

Rental space was nice and comfortable. We would probably be more comfortable staying on a higher floor b/c everyone that come in from pool look up at you. Also people can see thru sliding glass doors from beach at night when you have the blinds open.

Our condo was very convenient to restaurants and grocery shopping. The bed was very comfortable. The condo had a nice pool, patio and easy access to beach.

A friend and I just needed a restful weekend. It was perfect. Everyone was polite and nice. We are early birds ,so I was worried about being right above the pool (2nd) floor, however when when sleep all was quiet. Would definitely recommend. I also slept on the couch bed and was very comfortable.

It was the perfect condo for our Anniversary. Some of the greatest Seafood Restaurants are all around. LIVE MUSIC is as close as 3 minutes away. We enjoyed our stay, BEAUTIFUL view from balcony looking out at the white sands, the Gulf and pool. Sitting on the balcony for breakfast and coffee every morning. :) Very clean Unit ... so freshly redecorated and the Property Management Staff were more than welcoming. Looking forward to going back. This unit has a great view of the beach it also has great beach access and to the pool area.

This was my first time staying at this location. The room was well laid out with beautiful views. Smaller condo on the 2nd floor in a convenient area. The room was clean and cute. The sofa sleeper was uncomfortable for my college aged son who is 170lbs. He said he could feel the coils. Having a bath & a half was a plus! Plenty of room to share. Staff at the complex were kind and helpful too. We would stay here again.

Easy to make reservations. Good value for the money. Easy check-in. Beach access right out back of property. Good security measures in place. Rachel was very professional and gave us good info about property and surrounding area.

place was great! our only problem was that the internet was spotty and the sound on the tv only worked some of the time.

We had an awesome time at SunSwept! The office staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and stocked with anything we needed. The view from our balcony was outstanding. We were on the second floor and it was perfect. The pool was always clean and quiet. We love Orange Beach and will definitely try to book again with SunSwept in the future!!! Had a very nice time. Husband having health problems would have like to have more comfortable patio furniture, but it was every nice place to to stay. We would go back always enjoy staying there. It was sad to see hazels closed . The staff there are always friendly and helpful. I love that where it is you can walk to stores .

The condo was very nice and we had a wonderful girls trip. However, the kitchen was not as equipped as we would have liked: there were no plastic containers or bowls for mixing items up in. The lamps in the bedroom did not work. We had difficulty with the main door lock number pad; called maintenance and they were very prompt on coming and putting in a new lock. The ice maker did not make but only a few ice cubes. Other than that(minor things easily fixed)out trip was great!! Will stay here again and recommend it to friends!.
