This beautiful victorian style home is the best of Telluride with privacy and space nestled on a tree-lined residential street on the sunny side of town. A beautiful wrap around porch and spacious deck welcome you to your home away from home.

Enter through the side door into the main floor -- an open kitchen flanked by a comfortable sitting area to one side and a dining area with fireplace to the other. The kitchen offers a large island and plenty of counter space for preparing family meals or sharing an at home apres. Proceed into the living room of the home through the french doors where you can relax on the sofa and watch your favorite movie, snuggle up with a book, or maybe get a little bit of work done and the desk. Down the hall and passed the powder room you can head to the basement bunk room, where two sets of twin bunk beds allow for late night whispers and memories made. This basement suite has an en suite bathroom, sofa, television and foosball table. Back up stairs, we'll go up one more level, where there are two more quaint and cozy bedrooms -- a queen size bed with large en suite bathroom featuring a steam shower and stand along tub with dual vanities. This bathroom leads outside to an upper deck as well. The second bedroom on this side of the house is a full-size bedroom also with a small en suite bathroom and deck access.

On the opposite side of this home there is a king bedroom just off the dining area with an en suite bathroom. Upstairs from this room, you'll find an additional bedroom and updated modern en suite bathroom. Just off this bedroom is access to one of two private hot tubs on this property. Another private hot tub can be accessed from the lower level deck. Washer and dryer are available for use.

Parking is available in the alley just behind the house and can be access from a side street. An additional street parking permit will be available creating two parking spaces for this home.
