Description
Sunshine Overtime is a serene, 1 BR, 1 BA condo, located in The Victorian Condos with a beach view, private balcony, and is centrally located. Unit includes a studio kitchen with bar space, living area with a view, private bedroom, full bathroom, and junior bunks. The condo sleeps 6 with a queen in the bedroom, bunks in the alcove and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Condo amenities include community BBQ grills, picnic area and a pool!
More Details
Rentals include furnishings, linens, kitchen equipment, appliances, heating and air conditioning.
What to bring:
A. We do not furnish foods of any kind such as seasonings, condiments, etc., grilling supplies such as fluid, charcoal, personal soaps such as cleaning supplies such as dish soap, laundry soap, etc.
B. A "starter" supply of paper products such as toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. are in each unit, the renter is responsible for additional products during their stay.
C. Beach and Pool items: towels, chairs, umbrellas, sun block, repellents and toys!
