Description
This large two-bedroom, two-bath duplex located on Manasota key is waiting for you! The serenity of Englewood makes this a special place to enjoy your vacation. This unit faces the west allowing for killer sunsets for you, your family and friends to take in.
The second level open floor plan faces west allowing for bright days and beautiful nights, with new granite counters and appliances in the kitchen. Plantation shutters encase the partial gulf view from the front deck off this level,
The 3rd level is where the master bedroom is located, complete with a master bath with a walk in shower and a private, screened balcony to catch the sunset from.
The ground floor has an enclosed backyard and is steps from the beach with a private entrance to the beach! And all the beach toys you’ll need are located in the garage.
Lastly, if you’re looking for a larger space the unit next door is also available to rent and the two units can be combined using an interior door that connects the two units, great for family gatherings on the beach.
* PLEASE NOTE: Included in the cleaning fee price is damage waiver coverage in place of a traditional damage deposit so you can have a carefree stay.
