Decent place. Needs a bit of upgrading for the price. Heat did not work that well, but property manager brought some space heaters. Fireplace doors/screen need attention. Good access to the trail.

The Sunrise location is our favorite and we've been staying in these condo's for years. The quality has been consistently good to excellent. This unit had many problems. The weekend was exceptionally cold, however the windows in the master bedroom did not close properly and were not insulated. There were space heaters provided in the unit, indicating an awareness of the problem. Every time we tried to use more than one a fuze would be tripped power would go off. Many of the outlets didn't work. The fireplace screen had no pulling mechanism and was bent and disconnected from the hanger rail on one side making it painful to close. The Broiler drawer on the oven was off track and slid around in its unit. The master bath tub had a very slow drain causing each shower to result in 4 inches of standing water and an eventual soap scum mess. The bedside lamp shades had no finials so the shades would fall off at a touch. There was no dish soap or dishwashing detergent in the unit. We had to purchase it. Hey, you asked!

The location of this rental property is superb. The condo description itself felt misleading. The location "sleeps 6" but does not have the storage space nor adequate kitchen/living space for 6. The owners keep too much furniture in the condo. The appliances all need updating and the kitchenware is not suitable for cooking healthy. The heat and hot water was lost during the stay; the quick response to the emergency was superb and highly satisfactory. However overall, I would not recommend this property nor stay at this location again.

The house was great but it only slept 6 people comfortably (unless you sleep on the couch). Very high up the mountain and close to Bear Peak. Would recommend!

Excellent, friendly staff at pick up, clean condo upon arrival with excellent proximity to ski trail. Comfortably fit 8 adults and had plenty of amenities for entertainment. Would definitely stay here again.

Luckily the unit was clean and linens were decent. The unit was outdated in almost every aspect. The kitchen appliances were laughable - the coffee maker must have been 20 years old. Bathrooms and carpet all very old. The beds in the second bedroom were not level at al and slopes toward your feet. Lighting in the unit was poor, the front door had a terrible breeze when locked. Upon checkin, the hot water didn't work either. lastly, the closet in the master bedroom was locked preventing us from using it for our ski clothes - as the drawers were small and they kept extra linens in there. It looked as if the owners hadn't been there in decades. Don't understand why owners don't choose to keep rental condos somewhat updated.
