The pictures of this condo look so much better than the actual condo. Our vacation was a celebration of life for a family member who passed away so we were so excited to be all together. These are the things that we were disappointed with. The dishwasher door would only open halfway without hitting the oven door so loading it was almost impossible. The sun room must have flooded at one time because the smell of mold was awful. There is no air conditioning in the sun room so between the smell and heat the room is unusable. We has some food items on the counter and saw three Florida All American Cockroaches crawl from behind the open space behind the kitchen cabinets. We had to pack all our food in a plastic tote for fear of it being contaminated by the cockroaches. The pots and pans were old and very scratched and sone of the silverware was plastic. The staircase banister had been reciently painted and the paint was peeling off on your hands and then onto the floor so we had to keep sweeping the stairs. The twin bed in one of the bedrooms leaned down on one side because the bed frame leg was bent over almost all the way. The window was so dirty on the outside you could barely see out of it. One of the bedrooms has no windows and no ceiling fan. Very stuffy. The master bedroom closet was locked so our clothes had to be put in the other bedroom closet. There are doors to the new deck in the master and second bedroom but no screens so you can’t get any ocean breeze. The curtains in both rooms don’t even cover the doors. The outside patio seat cushions were soaking wet so we couldn’t use them on the chairs. The ceiling fans in the living room were layered with dust. There were several dead cockroaches behind the couches. For the price this was like paying for the Hilton and getting Motel 6. The staff was friendly. I would never ever rent this condo again.

This was the perfect vacation stay. My kids sure did enjoy the backyard beach! This condo was homey and memorable for our family summer vacation.

The house was great! We had a group of boys that wanted to go to the beach after graduation. The location was on point. The house had plenty of room and affordable to be right on the beach. We overall had an awesome trip!!

The house could have been better, it had ants around the cook strove,the mattress on the beds need to be replaced. In my opinion the owner needs to paint and fix up the front of the place, The tv didn’t work in the one room, the internet was not good at all!!!

Everything was good except a few items, No closet in the master bedroom, no dish washer and from some bizarre reason no shelves in the freezer. Wifi do not work until I manually reset the modem and router. On the plus side the views were great, the area was peaceful and quiet and the beach was not overly packed with people.

Overall was a great vacatuion, with small issues within the home. I did not like that there was a lock box around the thermastat. What is comforatble room temp for some may not be for all. I also had small bugs in the kithcen so I had to clean before I could keep food in there. The frezer had not shelves so any food I did get had to be stacked at bottom of freezer. Shower did not drain so people had to wait between showers to ensure no flooding. While these are small things they were a anoyance. I would still reccomend the management company and book thjat condo services because they made checking in and out a breeze and did call to ask how everything was going but because I was on a cruise at the time I did not explain all the little things. Overall it was still an amazing vacation the location of the property was perfect and the hourse overall met our needs just needs a few minor repairs.

The location is perfect, and the layout of the home was great. It is a little older and needs work. Upstairs door walls are sealed and can not be opened because balconies are in such disregard they would be unsafe. Refrigerator doors look like a crime scene to rust or corrosion. Thermostats was in a lock box and no way to adjust temperature in the home other then what it was set at. Shower curtain in master bath is to short to reach the bottom of shower and the so water runs right unto bathroom floor. Renters before us had been smoking pot in one of the bedrooms so it smelled pretty bad, also found chips and crumbs on top bunk along with a joint in the window. If updates were made to this home it would be a great choice to stay. The changes needed would not be that costly and make it a safer more comfortable place to spend a vacation.

Nice place. It was clean and up to date. Didn't like the fact that the air thermostat had a lock box over it. Over all we had a great time and loved the fact that we could just step out to the beach. Oh and there was something funky going on with the refrigerator .. It was really rusty!

The Condo was very nicely decorated and roomy. Just right for a girls getaway. The beds were super comfortable and there was cable and TV's in each bedroom. We loved how close the beach was to the back patio..literally steps!
The only improvement I would suggest is to purchase new patio chairs and stock the kitchen (seasonings etc.) Other than that, we had a great time and would definitely revisit.

This townhouse right on the beach was great! It is located in a quiet area of Panama City. Families who own homes next door were very nice and helpful. Sunroom was great to have and store beach supplies. Bedrooms are nice size. Only complaints would be it desperately needs an updated refrigerator. We had to call maintenance because it took three days to get cold. Also a dishwasher would be nice. There are a few other updates needed including the upper balcony that you cannot step out on to or even open the doors on to it.

The property was not appealing from the front outside appearance. The inside of the condo was relatively clean except for the sheets and comforter in the master suite (bedroom with bath). The comforter was very dirty and the sheets looked like they had been slept on. The thermostat temp was uncomfortable and we had to beg for it to be turned down. The microwave did not work, the vent in the master bathroom did not work and there were two light bulbs out in one bathroom. We liked the easy access to the beach very much however. Because of the price and the things stated we would not recommend the property.

View fantastic. Great to step out on cool grass and then right on the beach. White sand and clear water for several hundred yards.
Refrigerator needs to be replace in unit.
Silver dollar size cockroaches were in unit.
Small dryer took 3 hours to dry one load.
Carpets need cleaning.
No deck, but it needs cleaning from kite, wood, trash, etc.
Front entrance needs cleaning...landscape need updating...
Naughty things...
But, many nice things too, such as the VIEW...

Great views, comfortable, and great location. Although a little rough around the edges on the exterior, the house was clean and spacious enough for 6 adults comfortably. Could use some updating of some of the furniture that is in disrepair. We had a great time, taking in the beautiful views from the patio. "Book that Condo" people were fantastic to work with!

Our family of four stayed here for 4 nights. It is located in quiet area away from crowds and all the activity. Perfect to be right in the uncrowned beach and just steps away. We used the sunroom a lot and opened the windows for the nice ocean breeze. All bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. The outside is very dated even compared to the units around it which are dated as well but the inside was very suitable. That's what is important anyway! Not a lot of restaurants or shopping around but you can get to it with a short drive. Groceries nearby. We cooked at home as corona warnings were just starting so we stayed isolated at the house most all the time. Overall, pleased with this unit.
