Description
The Sun Shiner is a Stunning Five bedroom, Four bathroom home located in the beachfront subdivision Royal Sands. Here you can take advantage of a PRIVATE walkway and gate in the backyard to one of the TWO community swimming POOLS. Take a short walk to the community BOARDWALK to get to the BEACH also accessible by GOLF CART. Enjoy the refreshing OUTDOOR SHOWER, located in the back of the house to rinse off all that sand.
The driveway provides plenty of parking, easily fitting 4-6 vehicles (the garage is permanently locked).
First Floor includes a bunk-room which sleeps 4 with a bathroom and a door leading out to the Backyard Patio with comfortable seating and a BBQ PIT.
Second Floor contains 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. First is the MASTER BEDROOM with a KING-size bed, PRIVATE BATHROOM, walk-in closet and PRIVATE DECK overlooking the swimming pool. Also upstairs is a second bedroom with a QUEEN bed and a third room with a Full-size bed and PRIVATE BALCONY.
Third Floor bedroom has a QUEEN-size bed overlooking the BAY. Every bedroom has a FLAT SCREEN TV and WIFI access. There is a full Bathroom, Living Room complete with a 52-inch TV connected to DIRECTV, Dining Room that seats EIGHT and a spacious Kitchen with an Island Bar which seats four.
Leading off the Dining Room is a LARGE COVERED DECK with more seating overlooking the community pool. This house was designed for the perfect Port A vacation!
