Description
This rustic, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is walking distance to Eagle Lodge. The location and complex amenities cannot be beat! Relax in front of the cozy wood-burning fireplace or enjoy a soak in one of the many complex jacuzzis. The condo has a full kitchen for a home cooked meal after a long day on the hill skiing or biking, as well as plenty of seating at the dining table and kitchen bar.
In the master bedroom there is a Queen size bed as well as flatscreen TV, en-suite full bathroom, and access to a private balcony. The second bedroom is perfect for the kids or singles featuring 2 Twin beds and access to a full bathroom right outside the door. There is even a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guests. The Summit complex offers terrific amenities like an outdoor pool as well as 6 jacuzzis, 4 saunas and 3 BBQ areas spread throughout the complex, fitness center, and tennis courts. Underground covered garage parking avoids any shoveling on those snowy days.
All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This condo sleeps a maximum of 6 people and comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex.and comes with one assigned garage parking space. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options.
