This was by far the best condo we’ve stayed at in any beach town. It was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and well appointed. You couldn’t ask for better views from the balcony.

It was absolutely beautiful, amazing view, comfy furniture, short walk to the beach, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of carts for unloading , fast elevator, clean property and wonderful staff. We absolutely loved this condo! From the decor to the beautiful view from the balcony, well stocked kitchen and spacious bedrooms, it was perfect for our family! Everything in the condo was well maintained and worked properly! It was so nice having the beach chairs and umbrella included with the condo! We will definitely stay here again!<br/>I also want to mention the property management team was so great to work with! They were all so friendly and helpful!

Extremely well stocked condo with excellent view and location.

We had a wonderful time. We'd never been to Orange Beach and September proved to be a perfect time to visit. We only had 1 small burst of rain and the rest was perfect weather. The condo was perfect. Very centrally located to various shops and restaurants. Clean. Perfect layout for our family. Beautiful sunrise view. Condos were well cleaned and the property was well maintained. The elevator smelled like cleaning agents constantly which made me feel like it was being tended to.

Our stay was awesome. Very clean and property manager very helpful and very kind and pleasant. Our view was awesome we saw dolphins swimming everyday. I recommend this place for your vacation. Plenty of towels and no leaks in the toilet or bathroom. All switches worked fine. Plenty of room on balcony and in the unit. I will definitely stay here again. Location was awesome walking distance to several stores and restaurants.

Condo was nice,everything was just as advertised in photos.we have stayed at Summerchase several times and this was one of the better condos.The actual building and upkeep of facilities has seemed to gone downhill.Some windows boarded up,floors dirty and elevators smelled like dead fish a few days.

The location was great but the hidden fees were Terrible.

Coastal properties was extremely easy to work with and made our annual beach trip so much more enjoyable.

Well maintained smaller condo building with separation from other properties. Good amenities (pools, hot tub, workout room). Great beach proximity & view. Good bedrooms (comfortable beds, no twin beds). Decor a little dark for the beach, but comfortable. No hair dryer. A tight squeeze for 8, requiring use of sleeper sofa.

We had a few problems with the property - all the TV remotes needed new batteries, the refrigerator and freezer door would not close due to problems with the seal, parking spaces limited to 2 cars and the chain on the extra lock on the front door was missing. The rental company did address the TV remotes and refrigerator seals.
