A comfortable 4 bedroom pool home with private south facing deck within the gated resort of High Grove, well-located at the crossing of US192 and 27 for easy access to all Orlando has to offer.
The open plan living is at the heart of the home with sofas to relax after a busy day, and sliding glass doors to the pool deck. There is large screen TV with cable services, plus high speed internet included.
The spacious kitchen is stocked with everything you may need to cater for your family. Additional to a breakfast bar, there is a dining table and chairs. Or why not dine outdoors?
The pool deck faces south to enjoy the Florida sunshine throughout the day. There is also a covered shaded area as well as a canopy that extends out. Enjoy splashing around in the private pool or relax on the surrounding chairs and loungers. Please inquire if pool heating is required.
There are two master bedrooms in this home, both with kingsize beds and ensuite bathrooms, which also have access to the pool area. There are two children’s room each with two twin beds. All rooms have a television.
Don’t forget about the games room! There is a pool table with ping pong top, air hockey and foosball table, ensuring hours of fun.
High Grove Resort is a popular base for vacationers due to its premium facilities and superb location close to the crossing of Highways 27 and 192. The gated community is peaceful and well cared for – the clubhouse is just a short walk across from the home and offers a variety of guest amenities for your enjoyment. As well as the community pool and spa there is a fitness center, cyber cafe with printing facilities, pool table, free wireless hot spot and arcade room. Just across from the clubhouse is a children's playground with mini golf. An abundance of shopping and dining options are in short driving distance, including a large Walmart less than a mile away. Disney is less than 25 minutes drive, Universal and Sea World to the north, and Legoland to the south, are approximately a 30 minutes drive.
