Cathedral ceilings soar in the welcoming living room, configured with a large sectional, gas fireplace, and home audio system. Mix a drink at the bar, then watch a movie on the 70” flat screen equipped with a sound bar.
The adjacent game room is detailed with a sofa, foosball table, gas fireplace, piano, and business center. The 58” TV is equipped with a sound bar.

The second bedroom has a twin bed, twin-over-twin bunk bed, and en-suite bathroom with a deep tub/shower combination.
The third bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed, electric fireplace, and en-suite half bathroom.
An additional bathroom with a walk-in shower is located off the kitchen.

The remarkable backyard includes a kids’ playground, bocce ball court, and natural gas firepit. The deck is equipped with a Weber propane grill and a hot tub.
You’ll have access to the Tahoe Park Beach private recreational area, a 2.5-mile drive away.

Grills and outdoor furniture may be stored and unavailable during winter months. Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances (gas grills are allowed).
