Welcome to Sugar Beach 409! Perfectly located in North Kihei. This charming 1bedroom/1bath condo offers a relaxing retreat right on the beach with new furnishing throughout!
Enjoy indoor/outdoor living with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors leading to your private lanai. Take in a sunset or a quite morning listening to the waves lapping on the beach. New hightop dining table with seating for four make this a comfortable setting to soak in the beauty of Maui.
Living space is open and inviting! Tastefully decorated with the feel of the beach make this the perfect spot to relax. Complete with new convertible sofa sleeper and two arm chairs for plenty of seating, flat screen TV and ceiling fan. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything the home chef will need including plate ware, utensils, and cooking items. New dining table allows seating for four along with additional seating at the eat up bar.
After a busy day exploring all the island has to offer the primary bedroom provides the perfect nights rest with new king bed, ceiling fan and ensuite bath with shower. Central AC throughout to keep cool all year round.
Washer/dryer allow for lighter packing.
Sugar Beach Resort is a great location! Find shopping and golf nearby then come home and relax at the beachfront swimming pool, wading pool, sundeck, putting green, sauna, and hot tub. Sugar Beach Resort offers barbeque area with tables for your enjoyment. There is also an activities center and Dina's Deli Shop and bar.
Centrally located, Sugar Beach Resort rests on Maalaea Bay, on the state’s longest stretch of uninterrupted shore. Sugar Beach, named for its fine white sand, is a six-mile long beach excellent for swimming, snorkeling, windsurfing, kayaking, canoe paddling or for just relaxing.
