The property was amazing! Beautiful, clean, and the perfect location for a best friend getaway! We had a great time hanging out at the house and also walking to shops and restaurants on South Congress! I would definitely recommend to anyone!

Nice house and a perfect location for a long weekend getaway with the girls. The house if very nicely decorated and cozy. We did not rent a car and walked everywhere. Even to the downtown area. It does get a little noisy early in the morning due to traffic and trash pick up. Bring earplugs. I gave it 2 stars in general condition only because it could use more dishes, especially coffee mugs as the house only had 3 mugs. The house was very clean. I would recommend the house.

Beautiful location and house. All that we needed for a great F1 weekend. Other reviews said it all, and we weren't at all disappointed. The diner next door was a great way to start the weekend, Continental was nice. Rainey St and Bangers were great fun. Good memories of that little crib, can't wait to come back!

This home was very comfortable and the location was really convenient. But a few things that may not be apparent to those traveling with kids. We thought the yard would be conducive to running around, and it also opened onto an alleyway serving restaurants, so not particularly quiet or private. For eating, the bar height table and chairs are more suitable for older kids, not toddlers. Lastly, if you do use the place with kids, I suggest you put them in the front room. The other one has a door that doesn't shut completely, and the knob is old and fell off a lot. On the BIG PLUS side, there was a box of Legos, which my son LOVED, and appletv with access to netflix.

The house was absolutely perfect! It was clean, modern, and in a perfect location. The owners took a lot of pride into decorating and the theme was fabulous. Also, I respect any owner who allows dogs in their rental homes. I always try to go in the direction of renting a house instead of a hotel so we can bring our pups with us. Thank you for allowing our dogs into the home. It was a wonderful trip and we will absolutely stay there again.

Beautiful decor, easy entering and exiting instructions, parking lot in the back of the house, comfy beds, walking distance to so many restaurants and shops, directly off S. Congress so driving or ubering anywhere is also easy.

Cons: If you have a large car, parking in the back lot may be hard due to the small turning space. Garbage trucks come every morning to the ally right by the bedroom windows. Very loud, but then the garbage trucks leave.

Four of us recently spent a long weekend at the pearl and had a fantastic experience. Check in and check out was easy, the house was as pictured, very comfortable, clean, and in a great location!

Beautiful located, great decorated house, that became our home in the 10 days, we stayed there. Things to improve: weak wifi, no outside furniture, no parking permit in the house.

This home was just as it described. Super stylish and very comfortable. The location was prime and we really enjoyed walking everywhere! In addition to the restaurants & bars, there was a local grocery store within a block too. Home was super clean with plenty of towels & linens and the beds were extremely comfortable. Manager was very responsive and communication was easy. We had no hiccups during our stay and everything went well. South Congress Cafe, Gueros, Jo's Coffee Bar, Perlas, The Gallery, Amy's Ice Cream, Snack Room, & Hopdaddy were some of the places enjoyed while here. Everyday on our walk we ended up at Jo's for a little bit of home... Stump town Coffee (Portland) in their signature Belgian Bomber iced coffee drink.

This house is by far in the best location in Austin. I was able to walk to all the bars/coffee shops/restaurants/boutiques off South Congress and South 1st. The house in general was very clean, with very comfortable linens, perfect size kitchen and plenty of room. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to enjoy the true Austin, Texas off South Congress. I left wishing I owed the house and an urge to move to Austin.

The house was clean, convenient to Congress, perfect location and generally a fine place. Downside - no tv for football or news. Apple TV was not enough. The internet was extremely lacking. Our mobile devices worked, slowly and the apple device could not be used because it did not have a fast enough speed to use it. Not sure if there was a problem, or if there was just a slow speed offered. For our needs, mostly a good experience.

We all enjoyed the South Congress house in Austin. It's location was prime for the events that we came down for, and was also great because we were so close to lots of locations for delicious restaurants and it only took about 30 minutes to walk to actual downtown. The greatest thing about this spot is the fact that there is so much to explore near the house , you're better off parking the car and leaving.

The house came with 2 parking permits, that one may use when using the house which is nice, but the pad parking you will need 2 people to help with that. Aka, opening the gate.

The interior is stunning compared to to the exterior. And there is a plethora of room inside. 2, 2 people beds, and 1 1 person bed. There was ample sitting room in the living room, and open floor plan into the kitchen.

The only downside is that the bathroom was still a bit dirty from the last person who rented, there were soap beads on the bathroom wall next to where one would shower. And the Kergeg (or however you spell that coffee machine) didn't work. But the coffee wasn't that much of an issue.

All I'm all I'm happy I chose to stay at the South Congress house in Austin and I would stay again.

Lovely clean house, the landscaping out front is nice and, unlike the photo, no longer makes the place look abandoned or haunted. Easy walk to SoCo and Downtown.

The company who manages this property was exceptional and the house was super clean. Great amenities and perfect location. Couldn't dream of a better place to stay in Austin.

1. Location was incredible; I’m thinking of living in Austin and I’ll look first in the SoCo neighborhood. It’s like SoHo in NYC but smaller, but I’m guessing you already knew that!
2. However, one block off South Congress is just about the noisiest spot on the planet. Every night around 3:30 am, huge delivery trucks and garbage trucks park right in front of 107 and load and unload. It would wake the dead.
3. Erica was very helpful and personable over the phone. I liked her a lot.
4. I called and talked with another agent on Tuesday, Jan. 6 around 5 pm as I was driving into Austin. I asked her for directions to 107 W Monroe. I have GPS in my car but I wanted to avoid traffic. She would not give me directions. I got the feeling there was no good way to get to the house. However, after being in the area for a few days, I found that if I got the Interstate as soon as possible, navigating the downtown streets, although crowded, work much better than sitting in traffic on I-35.
5. Concerning our first location, 1606 4th St, I would recommend that you not suggest locations East of I-35 to anyone who says they want to be in downtown or in a walking neighborhood. It’s just too far from the center of things.

Honestly, you are steps away from great dining and fun shopping along South Congress. It is even close enough to walk to the South Congress bridge to see the bats. The house was clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and had an old Hollywood chic theme. The only negative was the commercial trash truck at 6am every morning in the alley alongside the property. Not a problem if you are an early riser, but if you want to sleep in, you may find it difficult.

The house was clean and offered up a unique 1920s feel. I can only imagine the house was built in the 20s and therefore embraced the roaring 20s garb. I especially enjoyed the large couch and tasteful period portraits of women dressed in proper era clothing
