The experience was fine, not great. We arrived to a clean place, but the hot tub and grill were in an unlit area. Additionally, when contacting the rental agency to get help on lights for that area, they did only responded with a canned response saying that the local agency was contacted, but no further follow-up. The local agency did not reach out nor did they solve the problem. When reaching out again, the response from Turnkey was that nothing could be done to address our concern because they already reached out to the local company. The lack of response and management is terrible as this company seems to tout that they have such an easy way to respond to your issues 24/7, but in reality it is at the will of the local agency who have no repercussions for the lack of follow-up.

This little home was the best place i have rented in South Lake Tahoe! Super clean and cozy. There were 4 of us and the size was perfect. Loved how close it was to all the casinos, we walked half the time (night was just too cold). Would recommend to everyone!

Nothing negative about this place would definitely stay again! Would of been nice to have functional fireplace, washer dryer.

The home was beautiful but the stay was awful. Turnkey contacted me multiple times a day threatening me of a $1000 fine for just about anything we did. Four of our six guests left early because of the texts, emails and calls. It ruined the whole weekend that we had all worked so hard to plan. Five nurses and a olive officer should not have been treated this way. I spent the whole weekend responding to emails and texts and ended up having to pay way more than expected because of turnkey “communication” turning away the other guests. Very disappointing experience. When this was voiced, there was no apology or compensation from turnkey. We didn’t even use the facilities accommodations (which is why we went with this property) in fear of getting in trouble.

spent A long weekend at Lake Tahoe and location of rental was great as we could walk to a number of restaurants and shops. The only issue we had with the rental property was the thermostat was difficult to work and the unit stayed rather cold. Also could have used instructions on how to use fireplace and TV remotes. The mattresses on the beds were amazing! The unit was clean and had everything you would need.

I love this cabin. Tons of space, updated kitchen, nice linens. Felt much more like an upscale hotel than your average home rental. We had a couple of questions about the bbq and other things and the turnkey support staff got back to us within a couple of hours. It’s walking distance to a nice beach, and to stateline. Will definitely come again!

Our stay exceeded our expectations. The unit is incredibly close to all the entertainment and attractions yet is quiet and peaceful. The home is well appointed and stocked and was very clean upon arrival. We will very likely be staying here again.

This place is walking distance to the beach, the casinos and restaurants. It is very quiet. The property has everything you need for a vacation stay and is impeccably clean.

This place was PERFECT for us!! The location is great, we walked to the gondola! Good restaurants around and shops in walking distance (5 min) yet the place is quiet and peaceful. The beds are devinly comfortable and it felt like sleeping on a cloud - amazing especially after a day of intense skiing! Kitchen is fantastic and has all that is needed - overall great furnishings. Staff is super responsive and nice. Communications easy and effective. Would stay there again.

This is a great unit, and everything was recently renovated. The two bathrooms was a huge plus with four occupants.

Positives: Comfortable beds and linens. Walking distance to gondola and heavenly village (close enough to walk in ski boots). Kitchen appliances and bathrooms were nice. Great table for family style meals

Negatives: The place was dirty when we got there (5pm) so the cleaning crew had to come out and clean after we were already there. While we were there two cleaning crews knocked on the door ready to clean it for the next guest when we hadn't checked out yet, seems there are some miscommunications with the management. The cable is fussy, had to have someone come out to fix it, and then TV was missing the remote to be able to use Netflix etc. THE HEAT IS INADEQUATE. Be forewarned that you will need to use the space heaters to keep the place above 60 degrees. The fireplace is non-functional. The kitchen could use some better cooking utensils. There are no coat hooks or shoe racks to put anything when you come in the door. The tablet didn't actually provide any information pertaining to the house other than the wifi password.

FYI there is a hot tub and there is also a gas fire pit out front.
