*Living room: The living room has large comfy sofa with oversized matching chair! The sofa opens into a queen bed with new comforter and blankets. The old corner fireplace was removed leaving an extra-large full-length window that lets in more light with better views of Lincoln Mountain & top of Mammoth Mountain with the lifts across the street. The new propane fireplace is easily operated by a thermostat & will keep you warm & cozy day and night. There is a new TCL 55" 6-series 4K UHD QLED Roku Smart TV.
*Dining Area has a new dining table for 4 as well as 4 new bar stools for the countertop breakfast area. New twin trundle bed with new mattresses & storage under bottom bed.
*Kitchen: New larger kitchen, quartz countertops, new cupboards, & all new stainless-steel appliances. Keurig & regular coffee maker plus all that's needed for cooking.
* Bathroom/Vanity: New granite countertop with double sinks & storage. Large vanity mirror with different light selections. Newly tiled walk-in shower with glass partition.
Bedroom: New California King bed & mattress. 42" TV, dresser & lots of hooks for hanging clothes and gear.
