The new propane fireplace is easily operated by a thermostat & will keep you warm & cozy day and night. There is a TCL 55' 6-series 4K UHD QLED Roku Smart TV.
*Dining Area has a dining table for 4 as well as 4 bar stools for the countertop breakfast area. Twin trundle bed with mattresses & storage under bottom bed.
*Kitchen: larger kitchen, quartz countertops, new cupboards, & all new stainless-steel appliances. Keurig & regular coffee maker plus all that's needed for cooking.
* Bathroom/Vanity: Granite countertop with double sinks & storage. Large vanity mirror with different light selections. Tiled walk-in shower with glass partition.
