INSIDE THE HOUSE
Open-air living room has new carpets, flat-screen TV with cable and a PlayStation, and seating for 5 on a cozy couch and reclining chairs. Curl up in front of the pellet stove fireplace! A second loft living area is located upstairs for quiet conversation or catching up on your novel.
Quaint kitchen overlooks the living room and features lots of counter space, new stainless steel appliances, new fixtures, a deep sink and bar with 3 stools. Wood table dining area is lit by a charming chandelier. Downstairs guest bath has a shower/tub combo and laundry facilities.
Incredible master bedroom boasts a California king bed in a rustic wood frame plus a built-in desk and drawers. A mini gas fireplace is nestled beside the bed for chilly nights, and an en-suite bath has a separate toilet and shower area and slate tile floors. 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have comfy queen-size beds, desk and plenty of warm lighting.
Fantastic deck takes you straight out into the pines! Furnished with patio chairs, propane BBQ, and an attractive table and chair set, this is the place to relax and take in that fresh Tahoe air.

Snow bunnies will find their piece of heaven here—Northstar, Granlibakken and Apres Ski Nountains are all less than 5 miles from home.
Refuel from your excursions with sandwiches and craft beer at Tahoe Mountain Brewing Company 10 minutes from home, and satisfy your sweet tooth with ice cream and frozen yogurt at Log Cabin Cafe less than 5 miles away.
