INSIDE THE HOUSE
With two living areas and plenty of natural light, this custom-built house will make your next vacation absolutely perfect. The upstairs main living area has a beautiful gas fireplace -- a wonderful spot to curl up with a good book or watch your favorite shows on the 50” flat-screen. There is also high-speed wireless internet access for your convenience.
This living area flows into the spacious kitchen, which features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a dual range, micro-convection oven, plus a walk-in pantry. Six can sit at the counter to gab with the chef or have a casual meal. Or enjoy a sit-down feast at the ample dining table.
You’ll also find an enormous master bedroom on this floor. With vaulted ceilings, club chair seating, and a bank of windows that flood the space with light, it’s a lovely private retreat. Enjoy a great night’s sleep on the plush king-size bed.
The master bathroom is just as roomy, with a well-lit double vanity, granite countertops, walk-in shower with dual heads, separate tub, and a built-in hair dryer.
The lower level has its own convenient living space with comfortable seating for four and a flat-screen TV: perfect for kids and teens.
The two guest bedrooms are also located on the lower level. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV, while the third bedroom is outfitted with a twin-over-queen bunk bed and an additional flat-screen TV.
Our house features a large fenced backyard. Take your pick of two relaxed outdoor seating areas in the yard, or sit on the Adirondack chairs on the deck. The yard also includes a horseshoe pit!
Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.
We are located just minutes from Regan Beach, and a short drive to Tahoe Keys Marina. Register for waterskiing instruction or just rent a boat and get out on the lake! There are also a plethora of great hikes nearby, including the spectacular trail to Cathedral Lake. In ski season, we’re less than 10 minutes away from the slopes at Heavenly.
Strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for any parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 8 people and 2 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day. Excessive noise or over-occupancy at any time of day will result in guest fine up to $2,000 (as well as any fines assessed against the homeowner). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy will result in eviction. WARNING: This home is located in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large or noisy groups. Street parking is not allowed any time of year as this is against local ordinance. SLT City License #002173
