The experience was amazing! The property was clean and very pleasing to the eye. We had everything we needed and more.

Kimber and Lexi from The Ledges Rental could not have been nicer nor more accommodating, from start to finish. Even a challenge with getting in was resolved promptly. The unit is very nice and was comfortable, but it is advertised to be able to accommodate 14 people and other than adding couches to sleep on, that would be a stretch with seating in the living room for a max of five on couches, seating for 3 on the deck plus 4 chairs, and a dining room table that seats 8, maybe ten could squeeze in, it’s just not a big space. Single car garage, sliding screen door stuck for going out the back, a refrigerator door that swings wide open every time (no stopper), and a toilet that seems to not be bolted down (sitting down is fine, standing up it bangs into the wall). Again, it was nice, but feels like it could use some help and maybe not as many people as it offers. We had four, so we were fine. Great location!

We love The Ledges of Saint George! It was our second stay at the property, and we've been impressed each time! The homes are clean and roomy, and the location is convenient to all of our favorite hiking spots!<br/>Kimber, our guest services rep, was hospitable and responsive. We are already preparing for our next trip to the area in the fall!

Solara Escape was very clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. There was plenty of room for the 12 of us to enjoy our own privacy or sit at the large table to play games. The sofas were very comfortable and there are TVs throughout. The upstairs patio looked amazing but we were too busy to spend time there or in the pool, a short distance away. The management company is exceptional and helpful. We're happy to recommend this villa.

This was the perfect place to stay with one of the other families from my daughter's softball team. There was plenty of room to spread out, and plenty of bathrooms for all. It was so nice to be able to come back between games and have a place to rest that wasn't just a hotel room. We were also able to take advantage of the pickleball court and hot tub in our down time. Beds were all comfy and it was SOOOO quiet at night...WAY better than any hotel!

The condo was so nice and fresh and clean! The kitchen was over stocked with what we needed. The location was refreshing. It was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of St. George. I appreciated the binder with information on the amenities and clear instructions on the check-out process. I really enjoyed having a garage in which to park my vehicle. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a perfect rental for our annual golf trip. Plenty of space and everything you need. Clean as can be as well. We were pleasantly surprised by the amount of bathrooms. 4.5 bathrooms was great.

The house is amazing, the view is gorgeous, my family had an awesome experience.

We had a great Christmas staying at Solara Escape at The Ledges. This is our fourth visit to The Ledges, and our second stay in this property. It is a great setup for our family, we especially love the outdoor amenities of the grill out back and the fire pit on the front deck. Pickleball, the pool and hot tub are also a hit. The overall condition of the property and amenities is great, but we would prefer having a Keurig coffee maker available and a bit better mattress in the master. Overall we love The Ledges and this property, great quality and location for our vacations!

The condo we stayed at exceeded what we were expecting, as pictures never quite live up to the reality. The unit did! Plenty of rooms, beds, bathrooms, and appliances.

We loved this home. It was very clean and came with everything-linens,towels, toilet paper, paper towels, dish towels. The pool/hot tub was amazing and we enjoyed sitting on the deck around the fire looking at the stars.

The location of this property is wonderful. It is within walking distance of the pool and not far from the highway. Plenty of towels for showers and pool! The set-up of the rooms were perfect for us as well. We loved the bunk beds for the kids and there were plenty of bathrooms and showers. However, there were a few things we were disappointed in. Therewas only 1 frying pan and 1 pot both which were about 12 inches. These were way too small to try and cook anything for the 8 of us. We had to buy a bigger frying pan just to make scrambled eggs. The kitchen trash was also only knee high. I believe this unit sleeps 12 so you would think that accommodations would match. Also, because the washer and dryer are stacked, if you are under 5'9" you cannot see the settings for the dyer. I just crossed my fingers and hit start. There also were not any batteries in any of the tv remotes (we had to buy these so we could use the TVs) or a broom to be able to clean up after ourselves. We have stayed a Ledges numerous times and have always loved our stay. Usually the units are fully stocked and have even included spices for cooking so we're surprised. I still would definitely stay at Ledges m, just not in this unit.

Loved the property. It was a perfect place to stay. Great views, location, adequate room for a large family and had everything we needed for a 30 day stay. Great customer service by Ledges staff addressed a few cleaning issues. Close to Snow Canyon with hiking, biking, climbing and site seeing. They even rent electric bikes. Loved eating at Painted Pony. Will return to this property!

It was amazing, far enough away from St. George to get away from traffic and the craziness but close enough to be convenient. Right next to lava tubes, golfing and hiking. House was perfect to spread out in with the family, great neighborhood. The house was clean, well decorated and we loved our stay!

We loved the rental we stayed at. We were there for a month. Perfect location across the pool and loved the pickle ball courts

It was a good place, clean, fully stocked with dishes, towels etc.
