NOW UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP AS OF MARCH 1, 2019. PLEASE IGNORE PREVIOUS REVIEWS!!! "Sol Mate" is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in the heart of Port Aransas. The spacious condowill be located on the ground floor and offers 1 King and 2-Queens and 2 full baths. There is also a Queen sofa sleeper. The patio right off the condo offers amazing breezes from the Gulf of Mexico. Sea Isle Village is a wonderful community complete with an over sized pool, sports court and 2 playground area for the kids. There is centrally located beach access. The complex also offers wireless internet and onsite management. Parking passes are required. No pets allowed at this property.
There is parking allowed for ONE vehicle at this unit. If you are to rent a golf cart, you must go to the onsite Sea Isle Village office and get a parking pass from them. Parking passes are required.
