This beautiful timber frame home is just what you're looking for in a vacation getaway! This property is just a short drive to downtown Ellicottville or Holiday Valley. From the porch you can see breathtaking views of the gorgeous neighboring valleys and surrounding countryside. This rental could be utilized as a great getaway for any of the 4 seasons! Inside you will find 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Bedroom 1 is located on the lower level offering 1 Queen bed, with an attached full bath and bedroom television, A sleeper sofa is located in the living room. Bedroom 2 is on the Second Floor offering 1 Double & 2 Twin beds. For additional sleeping you will find a futon located outside of bedroom 2 on the second floor. And if it couldn't get any better this home is also pet friendly! There is a large yard and a stocked pond for fishing on the property for all to enjoy. **No Smoking** **Travel Insurance Available**
