ROAD CONDITIONS: Please Be Advised that highways, access roads and/or driveways are steep in Tahoe/Truckee and may be icy in the winter. It is critical that during winter months that brakes, windshield wipers, defroster, heater and exhaust system are in top condition. Tires need to be properly inflated and the tread must be in excellent condition. AWD/4WD and/or chains are required. BEAR ACTIVITY: Please be advised that bear visits can be frequent. GARBAGE: Keep all garbage in trash cans provided at the property. Should you have excess trash during your stay, take garbage to the Northstar Dumpsite located on Northstar Drive.
