The gorgeous floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, rustic artwork and grand windows line the living room and offer views of the gorgeous Colorado landscape. With a large open floor plan, there is plenty of space to entertain your large group. The gourmet kitchen includes a double stacked oven with warmer, 2 dishwashers, refrigerator, built-in bay-styled seating in the kitchen as well as an eat-in granite countertop bar with bar stools. This home is the perfect spot for the avid-skier located right on the Snowflake Ski Run with incredible views of Peak 8 and Baldy Mountain! This property is an exclusive part of The Pinnacle Collection. Our In-Home representative will meet, greet and give your party a detailed tour of the home, as well as answer any questions you may have. Primary guest must be a minimum of 30 years old. A copy of your ID and guest list is required for confirmation.
LOCATION – This beauty is located right on the Snowflake Ski Run gives you the option to ski directly to the Snowflake Lift. To access other areas of the Breckenridge Ski area, you can hop on the Breckenridge Free Ride Shuttle located approximately 5 blocks on Snowflake Drive. You are just a short 1 mile drive to Main St.
AMENITIES – The home has all the modern amenities while still maintaining a cozy lodge ambiance. It is the perfect set-up for a large family or group of friends. This home boasts two washers and dryers, a study with a flat screen TV with DVD, CD, surround sound stereo, a large screen TV in the lower den with PlayStation and DVD/VCR/CD shuffleboard, a full-size bar with 4 bar stools, small refrigerator, dishwasher, sink and wine cellar, a kids playroom with toys, games, and a shuffleboard table.
