Guests will be delighted with this spacious condo that comfortably sleeps eight with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and its convenient location just three blocks to Park City Mountain’s base area. It’s perfect for two small families or group of friends that want to take advantage of easy access to lifts and an abundance of shopping and dining options in an easily walkable distance. Right outside the door, access the free transit system for a short ride to Park City’s charming, historic Main Street, or to explore all that the greater Park City area has to offer.
Large windows, beautiful mountain vistas and vaulted ceilings will welcome guests into a living room that encourages relaxation with its wood burning fireplace, comfortable furniture and flat screen TV. Just outside, the balcony offers scenic views of Park City Mountain and a great place to après ski and reminisce about the day. When staying in for meals, the well equipped kitchen and dining table, with seating for eight, offer everything needed to prepare breakfast before the day’s adventure or a quiet dinner in.
A bonus family room, with flat screen cable TV, comfortable seating, and private deck, provide plenty of room to spread out in the evenings or for kids to play during the day. A conveniently located bathroom with tub and shower combination is located right off the family room. A spiral staircase leads to a loft with a queen bed and shares the bathroom in the family room.
Across the hall from the family room are two bedrooms that are sure to provide a restful night’s sleep. One bedroom offers sleeping arrangements for one or two guests with a trundle bed and flat screen TV, and the other bedroom provides a comfortable queen size bed. Both offer plenty of storage space in the closets and dressers and share a centrally located bathroom with a tub and shower combo.
The large main suite, located up the spiral staircase in the living room, is a private retreat. It boasts a reading nook, large flat screen TV, walk-in closet, queen size bed, and en suite bathroom with a tub and shower combo.
Take a dip in the common hot tub after a day of skiing and let your worries soak away. A common laundry facility is also available in the lower level of this building. Free Wi-Fi is available.
