This colorful 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo is waiting for you on the 10th floor of the Shores of Panama Resort! Sparkling floor to ceiling windows add to a sophisticated decor of beautiful accent pieces and rich designer furnishings. The full sized kitchen features updated appliances, granite countertops and all of the essentials to create a comfortable home away from home. There is plenty of room at the spacious breakfast bar or dining table. The furnished private balcony offers a spectacular view of the Gulf Coast and overlooks the lagoon style pool and courtyard. This distinctive Gulf front condo will comfortably accommodate 8 guests.
**Please note: Elevators 1 and 2 will be closed beginning Monday, October 26, to begin the elevator modernization work which includes: New controllers, wiring, door operators, and elevator phones. Signs will be hung indicating closure and we will advise you when they have been re-opened for use. Completion of modernization is expected by December 31 , 2020. Additional NOTICE: The outdoor pool & spa areas will closed for resurfacing 1/1/21 - 2/28/21. Due to the fence barrier placed around pool, there is anticipated limited pool deck access. Guests will still have boardwalk and beach access.**
