Need to add to description that this a basement apartment.
It was very clean. Full kitchen. If you drink coffee or tea bring ground coffee or tea for your first morning.

It is a basement with low ceilings, but it is very comfortable. It could use a couple of towel bars in the bathroom to hang up the towels.

We stayed there for 3 nights and we went out most of the daytime. The place is clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable and there are supermarket very close to the house so we can cook if we want to.
It is in a basement but still have windows and some natural light and air coming through. First time ever staying in a basement, not a big fan but it was ok for 3 nights.
We found washing in the washing machine on the day of arrival. Called turnkey and get a call back from owner within an hour. It was not ideal as we wanted to use the washing machine straight away, so we put the damp washing in garbage bags as advised by the owner. Minor thing that can be improved but at least we know that they do wash the linens and towels.

Nice but low roof for tall people

This was not a vacation rental for us. We live a few minutes away and just needed a place to stay since our floors were being redone.

For what we needed, it was fine. It was clean, though a little run down (chipped paint, bad drywall repairs, etc.) We were really only there to eat sleep, bathe and eat breakfast.

Note, if you are a larger person, either in height or girth, this may not be a comfortable place for you. The ceilings are very low (I'm 5'7" and could easily touch the ceiling) and the bathroom is very small. The shower ceiling is also low and has a safety handle that protrudes about a quarter of the width into the shower space, so it was hard to turn around without bumping your elbow or hip.

However, if you're looking for a cheap place to stay (like we were) and are of small stature, it may be a good fit for you.

The unit was spotless, welcoming, and perfect for a weeks stay away from home.
I was able to conduct some business/work from the unit, cook my own meals, and had plenty of outdoor space with the back patio area to enjoy some fresh air.

Awesome place to stay in if you just need somewhere to make breakfast, eat, relax and explore the area.

Our stay in Seattle was delightful! Your home was clean, well equipped, comfortable and was shared by 4 adults with ease. The location was easily accessible to stores, movies and main routes in and out of the city and surrounding areas. We thoroughly enjoyed the outside seating area and our check in/out process was smooth. Thanks for a wonderful time! We were very pleased and would stay in this home again without hesitation.

This is a basement apartment. Suggestions: towel rack in bathroom, better space heater in living room, some sort of coffee table, repair the entry door so it doesn't stick so much. Been repainted too many times. Get an outside extra trash can for your guests. Hang a no parking sign by the mailboxes or put those details in the rental notes instead of leaving a note on the guest's windshield.

This property is in a dark basement. The floors were filthy, socks or bare feet were black in 30 minutes. Pillows were plastic. Sheets and towels were on bed and folded in bathroom still damp so they stunk. Living room furniture was visibly dirty, worn and uncomfortable. Cable came in and off randomly. Bathroom had no towel racks, no shower curtain liner, tiny sink. Nowhere near enough room for more than one person at a time, let alone a family.
Security cameras at entrance and pointing towards outside patio so smile, you're on camera. Notified the property manager about the floors 2x and never had a response. Rusty screws in shower handrail and painted over on toilet handrail.

On a positive note, the beds themselves were comfortable and the kitchen appeared to be recently remodeled.

unlike the photo the rental was in the basement. The heating came from wall heaters and a space heater and did not include the bathroom. The bed was so hard I could not sleep. the mildew in the bathroom was so severe it made my throat burn.

It was a fine place to stay after exploring Seattle. We didn’t use it for much more than sleeping and laundry. The rooms were clean. It was right off the freeway making Seattle and the San Juan Islands accessible. If you’re looking for a no frills quiet place, this is it.

the rental was fine, clean and in the neigboorhood desired. The objection is that in the description it never mentions it is in the basement of a home. you had to enter from the back-very creepy. Also low ceilings, tiny bath. There was no blow dryer.
