Seven Springs Stoneridge 3 Bedroom Standard Condo with Ski-In/Out, Mountain Views!

Stoneridge C15A has ZERO steps in and is ONE LEVEL which makes it a GREAT CHOICE for guests that have a problem with steps. It offers INTERNET ACCESS, has a STANDARD RATING and SLEEPS EIGHT. The LIVING ROOM has a FLAT SCREEN TV/DVD and a SLEEP SOFA/QUEEN and an ELECTRIC FIREPLACE (all fireplaces available for use Nov 15 - Apr 1). There's a fully functional KITCHEN and the DINING ROOM seats six. There's also an extra dorm size refrigerator and an extra microwave available. One bedroom offers a QUEEN bed, a FLAT SCREEN TV and a FULL BATH. The other TWO bedrooms EACH have a QUEEN bed and FLAT SCREEN TV/DVD. These room share the second FULL BATH. This unit is SKI IN/SKI OUT with ON TRAIL ACCESS WEATHER PERMITTING and you can relax on the DECK with a great view of the mountain.

The Villages is comprised of 5 different communities including Woodridge/Meadowridge/Sunridge/Stonegate/Stoneridge.  They are all located in close proximity to Seven Springs Mountain Resort. The homes range in size from a cozy 1-bedroom to expansive 4-bedrooms where you are sure to find the perfect fit to enjoy everything Seven Springs in the Laurel Highlands has to offer.

All condo rental homes offer whole house air conditioning, washer/dryer (laundry detergent not included), iron/ironing board, expanded cable in the main living room, dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (soap/shampoo not included), and a fully functional kitchen that includes: utensils/cookware/flatware and paper towels/trash bags/toilet tissue. 

In the summer months, there are tennis/basketball courts, and two community outdoor pools available on a per unit basis. 

(NOTE : Not all Villages homes allow community pool access to rental guests.) However, all resort condo rental guests are welcome to utilize the resort's main indoor/outdoor pools. During the winter months, select condo rentals in various communities are ski-in/ski-out (WEATHER PERMITTING). All communities offer shuttle service year-round to the main resort.

Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit, possibly two cars depending on location. However, there is plenty of overflow parking available on site within the communities.
