Seven Springs Meadowridge 3 Bedroom Premier Condo - Sleeps 10, Pet Friendly!

Meadowridge 8047 has twelve steps in, is MULTI LEVEL, offers INTERNET ACCESS and is PET FRIENDLY. This unit is rated PREMIUM and SLEEPS TEN. On the main level, you will find the LIVING ROOM featuring a FLAT SCREEN TV/DVD that offers SMART streaming technology, and NETFLIX for viewing using your personal account. The wood burning fireplace is NOT AVAILABLE for guest use. The stunning remodeled fully functional KITCHEN features a granite breakfast bar with seating for two and has brand-new stainless-steel appliances. The DINING ROOM seats six additional guests. The master bedroom near the main living area has a KING bed, TV and FULL BATH. Also located on this level is a spare bedroom with a QUEEN bed, ONE set of BUNK beds and a separate FULL BATH.  Upstairs you will find a third bedroom featuring a KING bed with TV. The LOFT AREA has a DOUBLE FUTON/SLEEP SOFA for additional sleeping capacity. The upstairs area features another FULL BATH. 

This unit is SKI IN ONLY (WEATHER PERMITTING) and within WALKING DISTANCE to the TRAIL. SHUTTLE service is also available. The small viewing deck offers a grand view of the mountains. Meadowridge is conveniently located on the mountain in the Villages community. Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit. However, there is plenty of overflow parking available on site within the Village communities. 

All homes include whole house air conditioning, washer/dryer (laundry detergent not included), iron/ironing board, expanded cable in living room, dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (shampoo not included) and a fully functional kitchen. Also included are paper towels, trash bags and toilet tissue.  

During the summer months, this unit has access to the tennis/basketball courts and community pools. In addition, all condominium guests are welcome to utilize the RESORT'S main indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs (reservations required).

The Villages is comprised of 5 different communities including Woodridge/Meadowridge/Sunridge/Stonegate/Stoneridge.  They are all located in close proximity to Seven Springs Mountain Resort. The homes range in size from a cozy 1-bedroom to expansive 4-bedrooms where you are sure to find the perfect fit to enjoy everything Seven Springs in the Laurel Highlands has to offer.

In the summer months, there are tennis/basketball courts, and two community outdoor pools available on a per unit basis. 

(NOTE : Not all Villages homes allow community pool access to rental guests.) However, all resort condo rental guests are welcome to utilize the resort's main indoor/outdoor pools. During the winter months, select condo rentals in various communities are ski-in/ski-out (WEATHER PERMITTING). All communities offer shuttle service year-round to the main resort.

Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit, possibly two cars depending on location.   However, there is plenty of overflow parking available on site within the communities.
