Seven Springs 1 Bedroom Premium Condo, Walking Distance to Slopes

 StoneRidge E13 is located on ground level with 2 entrance/access areas. One entrance is located directly across from the designated parking spot (under carport) and has 8 steps down. The other entrance is located to the right of the building and has zero steps in. This unit is rated as PREMIUM, SLEEPS FOUR guests and offers internet access. The living room offers a sleeper SOFA, a GAS FIREPLACE and a FLAT SCREEN TV. There is a fully functional kitchen, and the dining room seats 4. The bedroom has a queen bed and a smaller FLAT SCREEN TV. The entrance, kitchen and tile floors offer radiant heat. There is ONE FULL BATH featuring a steam shower with a heated towel rack. You can relax on the screened in patio with a view of the slopes. In the winter this unit is within WALKING DISTANCE TO SLOPES WEATHER PERMITTING and you can relax on the DECK and enjoy a great view of the trail. StoneRidge is conveniently located in the Villages at the top of the mountain. All homes have whole house air conditioning, a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, expanded cable, dishwasher, bed and bath linens provided, and fully-equipped kitchens with utensils, cookware and flatware. In the summer there are 2 community outdoor pools, tennis and basketball courts nearby.  

The Villages is comprised of 5 different communities including Woodridge/Meadowridge/Sunridge/Stonegate/Stoneridge.  They are all located in close proximity to Seven Springs Mountain Resort. The homes range in size from a cozy 1-bedroom to expansive 4-bedrooms where you are sure to find the perfect fit to enjoy everything Seven Springs in the Laurel Highlands has to offer.

All condo rental homes offer whole house air conditioning, washer/dryer (laundry detergent not included), iron/ironing board, expanded cable in the main living room, dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (soap/shampoo not included), and a fully functional kitchen that includes: utensils/cookware/flatware and paper towels/trash bags/toilet tissue. 

In the summer months, there are tennis/basketball courts, and two community outdoor pools available on a per unit basis. 

(NOTE : Not all Villages homes allow community pool access to rental guests.) However, all resort condo rental guests are welcome to utilize the resort's main indoor/outdoor pools. During the winter months, select condo rentals in various communities are ski-in/ski-out (WEATHER PERMITTING). All communities offer shuttle service year-round to the main resort.

Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit, possibly two cars depending on location.   However, there is plenty of overflow parking available on site within the   communities.
