Everything was exceptional

The room was perfect for our stay. The only thing that was a big concern was the 4 broken patio chairs, we felt like it was a hazard after one of us sat in it the seat broke it was already broke. I spoke with rental property and they knew about chairs. The chairs should be removed then! Otherwise it was a great condo.

the condo was very clean. one of the twin bedbox springs was broken but management took care and got another one. needed bulbs replaced and new filter for air conditioner and that was done also. the heating and cooling thermastat was blank and not cooling condo but my husband put 2 new batteries and it worked great after that. management had someone to get the 2 tv in extra bedrooms working. there were some little things like that but management was always there and treated us great. i like the condo. so handy and the price was good. i will stay again

If you’re looking for an updated interior condo this rental is not for you. If you are like us and generally don’t care about granite counter tops because you’re plan is to mainly sleep and prepare meals in your unit, this could be for you. The view is phenomenal. The beds are ok, master bedroom mattress was fine, however only thin sheets with no mattress protector on any beds. The carpet is gross in the bedrooms and should probably be changed. Several little things like burnt out light bulbs, internet not working (we had to call service for it), dining chair broken, 4 of the 6 patio chairs broken (were told on order), huge stain in spare bedroom on carpet. It definitely needs help. But it didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay. As they say, you get what you pay for and we accepted that. Again, it can use some help, but at least the price reflects the few deficits that sometimes matter more to others. The pools were great (not heated but warm enough), the beach is phenomenal and access to it very easy. Tennis courts were nice, indoor pool was nice and very warm. Overall grounds were nice and well kept. The condo was clean when we arrived.

I will definitely stay at this same location again in the future! Simple process, Very clean, spacious, pool is also spacious and well maintained, convenient area, with ocean view.. all staff is knowledgeable and friendly!!

i love this unit, its location, ease of parking and to the pool and beach. the manager of this property is great to work with. only negative is that this unit needs updating. mainly the carpet in the bedrooms is in terrible shape. my family has stayed here the past to summers and plan to stay again in 2024.

The area was great. Beach out front. Pool steps away. The condo layout was perfect. But the condo itself needed some work. The carpet in the bedrooms needs to be replaced and other small things. Besides that the condo was great. We did have a problem with our air conditioner. Coastal properties stepped in, and was great working with us. They went out of their way to make sure that we were very satisfied.

Room was clean, easily accessible. Overall a decent place. Remotes lacked batteries, toaster half worked, washer and dryer were terrible. Needs some minor attention and upkeep. Couple outlets missing covers. Still, for the price not horrible. However the facility, terrible for kids. Security constantly getting onto kids. Couldn't throw a football in the grass area, couldn't have music playing by pool at any volume. Not Coastals fault at all, just wouldn't recommend for kids that are active

Excellent price for this 3 bed/2bath condo. While style is dated, it is very comfortable, was clean, in a good location, with a view of the Gulf. Kitchen was well stocked (only thing we need that couldn't find was a potato peeler). Wifi didn't work as plug was broken previous to our stay. Most was made aware. Would definitely stay again!

Overall had a nice time but things definitely could have been cleaner especially during a pandemic. The beaches were doing a great job with social distancing but the condo could do better with cleaning the common areas including the elevators.

After our reservations got canceled in Daytona due to the hurricane. We tried several places to rent. We came across this 3 bedroom condo. We booked the reservation on our way to Gulf Shores. The reservations were easy to book. It took about 2 minutes on the phone and we had our confirmation number. We ended up with a Sunday to Sunday. That was great with us cause we stopped in Auburn and spent the night and drove on in Sunday Morning. The room was very nice just as it was described. We couldn't ask for nicer people to deal with.

We SO enjoyed our stay at 4612 Seaside. The condo was in the perfect place! We were very comfortable. The furnishings were a little outdated but who cares! It was very clean and check in and out was simple. We definitely have to go there again!

We had a wonderful time and will be back.
