Great view, clean, close to most anything you would want to do or eat. We would stay again. The only downfall was the parking at the condo.

The rooms where very clean & The view was amazing .This is a very good place to take children for a family vacation. My child loved watching them clean the beach at night for the turtles .

The unit was very clean and neat. Had no problems at all. Loved the large porch and the new couch that has been added since picture. You could tell it was a great place when you open the door and see the ocean.

We will be back.

Everything was terrific. Only problem experienced was the nearest elevator quit working after 2 days. I would stay at this location again.

We had a great stay. The view was unbelievable. The condo was cozy and inviting. A few other “niceties” would’ve been great (ziplock bags, coffee filters, laundry and DW pods), but only because our stay was so short Overall a 9.9/10!

The condo location was great. The condo itself was spacious and well kept and our balcony view terrific. The bedroom areas with carpet need shampooing. Otherwise no complaints. The office staff was very accommodating. Many wonderful restaurants nearby.

This condo was great! The price was right for the location. We ordinarily stay in Ft Morgan or Gulf Shores and decided to stay in Orange Beach. We loved it. The beach is close, the pool is close and you have a selection of restaurants all around. The condo was well appointed and the beds were comfortable. We will definitely be back.

This is a great condo. The view is perfect! They have a few beach chairs and umbrellas for you to use (this helps if you are short on trunk space). The kitchen was well stocked on dishes/pots/pans and even a keurig. We will definitely use this one again!

Overall a great vacation site... needs a few upgrades but otherwise a pleasant experience.

We were told two days before arrival about only allowing one car. That was a big pain since we had two and was loaded with valuables for a move after the weekend at beach.

We had a good stay! Good location and easy access to everything. The only thing we didn't like was the comforters on the twin beds were dirty and had blood stains on them! Also all the mattresses are hard and need to be replaced. It needs some attention in that area other than that it was a good stay! When asked if o would recommend this property to a friend I'm torn.. I certainly would if these items are fixed.

This property was so easy to book and the staff at Coastal Properties was amazing! The location was wonderful and offered the perfect view!

The rental was great! Right on the beautiful, sandy beach. Would definitely stay there again.
