One of Shiny Star's most unique features is its two private second-floor lanais. Enjoy the sunrise filtering through the palm trees from the front lanai with your morning coffee, then unwind in the evening on the rear lanai while taking in Sanibel's breathtaking sunset colors. Both lanais offer comfortable seating and beautiful tropical views.

This spacious 1,100-square-foot condo has been thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. Enjoy a Sonos sound system to play your favorite music, a 55-inch TV in the living room for movies and sporting events, and 42-inch TVs in both bedrooms. Wireless charging clock radios are conveniently located throughout the home, and complimentary Wi-Fi keeps you connected during your stay.

The beautifully renovated kitchen features modern appliances and is fully equipped for preparing meals and entertaining. The open-concept living and dining area creates the perfect gathering space for family and friends. An in-unit washer and dryer add extra convenience throughout your vacation.

The primary suite features a plush king-size bed with relaxing island-inspired décor, while the guest bedroom offers two comfortable queen beds in a bright coastal setting.

Everything you need for a perfect beach day is provided, including beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach wagon, cooler, and beach towels. Pickleball equipment is also available for use on the community pickleball and tennis courts.

Guests can enjoy the heated community swimming pool, outdoor grills, and picnic dining area, making it easy to spend the day relaxing without ever leaving the property.

The private beach access is just a five-minute walk away. Simply cross the street and follow the lush, private beach path to Sanibel's world-famous white sand beaches along the Gulf of Mexico. Spend your days shelling, fishing, swimming, reading, or simply enjoying the island breeze and warm Florida sunshine.

Sanibel's 23 miles of scenic biking and walking trails begin just outside your door, winding beneath a beautiful tropical canopy. Bike rentals are available from nearby local businesses that conveniently deliver directly to the property.

For stays of 14 nights or longer, the owner provides a complimentary mid-stay housekeeping service through Property Manager.

Please note that Seashells of Sanibel does not have elevators. All units are accessible by stairs only, and guests should plan accordingly for luggage and mobility needs.
