Seascape 1309 was completely renovated in 2016! The owner has taken care of everything in this completely refurbished two bedroom, two bath that will accommodate up to 6-8 guests comfortably. Your vacation will fly by as you experience the rejuvenation that a perfect beach spot can inspire.
The open concept layout provides guests with an opportunity to not only prepare meals and see the water, but also to enjoy the comfort of a smartly designed space. Living area features a large flat screen TV, Wi-FI and queen sleeper sofa, full size Murphy bed, recliner chair and two barrel style chairs for added seating. Take a break from the afternoon sun and read a book in the cool comfort of your condominium.
The kitchen has all new granite counter tops, cabinetry, stainless appliances and cooking accessories. Guests can watch from the large granite island with bar and stools while the chef creates magic! Porcelain wood-grain tile completes the ambiance.
The master bedroom features a large window overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, small working desk, a king size platform bed with memory foam mattress, television and easy access to the full bath which includes washer/dryer and walk in shower. Guest bedroom has a queen bed, TV and a walk in shower in the guest bath.
Guests will also enjoy the views of the Beach and Gulf of Mexico from the balcony of this condominium. Have an early morning coffee while you watch the ever present brown pelicans dive into the Gulf water, wade fishermen trying their luck with a morning catch. By afternoon and evening the sun has headed toward the west and the cool gulf breezes will replenish your spirit and your outlook.
