With the beach and Gulf of Mexico directly below you will love spending time on your private balcony as you relax on one of the chairs available and take delight in the ocean breezes while reading a book or browsing online. If you wish to cool yourself off, you might take a swim in the Gulf of Mexico or in the refreshing community pool.
Seascape 1210 sits on the very front of the property and has unobstructed views of the beach, only steps to pool side, hot tub and beach walk over. Newly renovated property on the beachfront with nothing except sand between you and the water! Seascape Beach Condos in Galveston is one of the very few truly unique beachfront properties offered on Galveston Island.
Put on the chef's apron and treat your guests to marvelous and tasty home-cooked meals prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen; you can later enjoy them either indoors or on the balcony. Your kitchen beautiful kitchen with fresh custom cabinets, granite counters and prep island has all the basics for preparing your meals. The prep island doubles as a second table in addition to the ding set for four allowing everyone to enjoy a meal together.
The open concept of this one is a delight you can see the Gulf of Mexico from just about any angle in the room. There are multiple chairs, stools, and a sofa which also turns into a sleeper bed, to have a place to sit as everyone gathers together in the main room for reminiscing conversations and family movie night. Just break out the Blender and ice to create a few cocktails and relax island style.
The main bedroom has a plush King bed and large television too. Here you can relax and watch your favorite show, though its hard to keep your eyes on the Television when you have such a a large window directly over the beachfront to distract you. You are sure to love waking to the morning sunrise right through the window. just to the right you find you EnSite bath with extra large vanity. both bathrooms have a Tub and Shower Combo with vanity and sink for ease of getting ready when you need to head out.
The custom built bunks in the hallway alcove are not traditional size junior bunks but regular sized twin mattress. then around the corner in the guest bedroom you'll find a set of twin beds allowing for a total of eight guests to sleep.

If you're looking for a prime location on the beach and a great variety of dining options, this is the one! You'll be within walking distance (between 0.2 and 0.3 of a mile) to Tipsy Turtle, Woody's, Seahorse Grille and Jimmy's on the Pier. Sign up for surfing or paddleboard lessons at one of the various rental companies on the island. The 61st street Fishing Pier isn't for fishing only. There you can also find a convenience store and small restaurant offering marvelous Gulf views. If you'd like to visit Galveston's Historic Downtown Strand District, all you have to do is travel less than 5.5 miles away and there you'll find a plethora of historic tours, boat tours, the 1900 Storm Museum, Haunted Houses, Moody Mansion, Bishops Palace and East end Lagoon and Nature Preserve to name a few attractions.
