Description
Sea Winds #202 is a beautifully decorated 2BR/2BA Oceanfront condo located in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach. You will love sitting on the large balcony watching the sunrises every morning on your vacation at the beach. This property has been completely renovated with all new furniture, updated modern kitchen and much more. This condo is located on the 2nd floor of this elevator building.
It is simply spectacular with amazing views!
The kitchen is fully stocked and is perfect for cooking your favorite meals or blending your favorite cocktails. The dining area has plenty of seating for everyone. The breakfast bar is great for the kids too. The living room is spacious and the couch is a sleeper sofa if you need the extra sleeping space. There are Flat Screen Roku TVs throughout. The slider has recently been replaced too so it is easy to get out to the balcony.
The Master Bedroom has a King bed and the master bathroom has been recently updated with a new walk-in shower. The 2nd BR has a Queen bed and there is another full bathroom in the hallway too.
Sea Winds is right on the beach and has a great indoor pool to use all year long. There are grill areas on property for your use as well. This property is conveniently located near Highway 17 so it is close to many shops, restaurants and attractions.
Sea Winds rents from Saturday to Saturday in the Prime Season. All Guests must be 25 or older to book & stay!! A responsible Adult over the age of 25 MUST be present at all times!
This property is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. Inquire or book online today. This property is motorcycle friendly and there is a lot across from the building for parking. Only 2 Vehicles allowed per unit!
