"Sea's The Day" is a 1 bedroom 1 bath condo in the heart of Port Aransas.The bedroom has 2 Queen Beds and there is a spacious full bath. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook your catch of the day. Nice newly remodeled kitchen with new appliances and an ice maker. The condo is located on the first floor, has a nice patio and is close to the beach access. Sea Isle Village is a wonderful community complete with an over-sized pool, sports court and playground area for the kids. There is centrally located beach access. Small dogs allowed, only for 30-day or more renters.

There is parking allowed for ONE vehicle at this unit. If you are to rent a golf cart, you must go to the onsite Sea Isle Village office and get a parking pass from them. Parking passes are required.

The unit suited our basic needs, but requires some major updating (i.e. furniture, tattered blinds, old curtains, and paneled walls with nails and no pictures hung, etc). Additionally, the fridge/freezer is rusting, some of the doors have water damage and are falling apart. The closet door in the bathroom wouldn't open/close, it was stuck in the middle. The drain in the tub was extremely slow. There was a very strong mold/mildew smell.

However, the location was great (close to beach) and it was clean. Being able to sit out on the patio in the morning was nice. The property management company was extremely nice.

Do hope everything is ok after Hurricane Harvey's visit.

Very clean place, and was such a short walk to the beach. Everyone was comfortable and felt at home with all the amenities. It made the stay nice and convenient, and worth money spent.

Unit was nice. However, faucet in bathroom leaked. Not enough paper towels. Outdoor chairs, table and patio not clean.

While the location is very nice, the unit we stayed in is run down. Only 3 outside chairs, no coffeespoons, doors and curtains do not close properly, everything can use a little paint to. Price is very high too, considering the state of the unit. We stayed in a deluxe villa on Galveston Island for less!

I had a great time, the place was clean and had extras that we forgot. Close to the beach, and great patio space to enjoy the night breeze. A couple of the walk ways were flooded which was due to mother nature, but, I will be back again before summer is over!! :)

the stay was ok. The place was very outdated (except the kitchen) and you couldn't put the air conditioner below 72 or it would freeze up. Thank goodness I am cold natured. There were no paper products in the kitchen at all. No foil/napkins/paperplates/plastic forks-knives spoons etc. There was silverware that goes in the dishwasher. Overall OK- I would rate a 2 on a 0-5 star scale.

Place is old and not updated. The pics online looked better. The A/C was terrible and the ceiling fans wobbled and made noise all night. Kitchen was nice but rest of furniture was outdated. Will upgrade to better place next time.

Powerful mold smell, no hangers, poorly maintained. Other units were much nicer. Read the reviews for individual units. I saw unit 31 and it was beautiful but I had already rented 21.

Had ANOTHER great and relaxing vacation at Sea Isle Village. Unit 21 is dated but I LIKE wood paneling !!! The people at Sea Isle were helpful as always, and Port A Escapes is always professional. We'll be back soon !

We had everything we needed in the kitchen so cooking was a breeze. The room was neat and clean. The bathroom was large, although the water pressure in the shower was a bit strong for me; it is better than no pressure. The towels were soft and fluffy, but they did leave lint on my skin most likely because it was brand new so that's nice. The beds were not super hard or soft, I have a temperpedic bed at home and was still able to sleep soundly, and the pillows were firm yet fluffy. Tv was great and the patio with the view was even better. Pool was fun and the rinse off station is super convenient. I'd suggest driving to the beach if you are not ready for a good solid climb over the dunes. It was fun, but if i was elderly or not in ok physical shape, not so fun. I had a blast and loved my room.

Everything over all was good. I first called the office to find out the cost to rent for 1 nite and was quoted a good price, However when I arrived at the office was quoted a much higher price by staff,I then let them know I had called and spoke to someone who had already given me a price and then they haggeled among themselves and finally gave me a little higher price than I had expected,This was the only bad part of the deal.

Very convenient location to town - we walked from the cart rental place. The management was very friendly and quick to respond which was good considering we smelled gas the first time we took a shower. They sent a plumber and he fixed the problem right away. T.V. In bedroom didn't work and tub didn't drain well. In our first floor condo you could not hear or see the beach but it was a short walk through the dunes. We booked at the last minute so were happy to get something that close to the beach for a reasonable rate. Next time we will book earlier and stay at a more updated facility.

The glassware in the kitchen was not clean (I mean sticky from previous use, not just unwashed), the kitchen ceiling light didn't work at all, the A/C was set for 72 and could not be adjusted. We finally just turned it off. The bedroom carpet was FULL of sand burs. The rental management company didn't give a contact phone number on the paper they left for us in the unit. The unit was clean, but spartan. Certainly NOT worth the money for this unit!!!!!

We have stayed at the Sea Isle Village almost every year at least once, since 1985. Never until now have I seen it in such poor condition. Not only has the physical condition of the property declined, so has the clientel. With no onsite management there is no control over how many people stay in one room. There was no place to park as several groups had five or six vehicles per room. There was a loud, alcohol infused party at the pool that lasted all day Sunday and late into Sunday evening, ending in gunfire around eleven PM. I doubt that your company would consider a refund but that is what it would take for me to not say that we had a horrible time as your "guests" and in fact I doubt if I even get a reply as you must be aware how sorry your place has become. Rented this unit last minute & was very happy with the Condo. It's a little dated & worn in the furniture & decor, but it was very comfortable & my family was right at home instantly. I would definitely stay here again. The complex was very quiet & it was a nice walk to the beach through the dunes. Also, this location is so close to the city of Port A which made it even nicer.

The only issue is that the light switches need to be labeled as I could never figure out how to turn on the kitchen light; the light switch for the living room was in the hallway & the light switch in the bedroom was in the living room.

The room was perfect for my family (2 adults and two babies under 2 years old).
The rooms were clean and nicely furnished. The new kitchen was perfect for cooking in; all I needed was food and spices. The bedroom was clean and had plenty of room. The bathroom was a bit outdated but clean.
The rooms were easy walking distance to the beach, even with two babies and all the gear that goes with kids at the beach.
The only negatives I had were that the front desk people could not provide clean linens and towels. It was also inconvenient to return the keys to another location. The laundry facilities could use a remodel as well, though the washer and dryer were new and clean.

The kitchen was recently updated, and the flooring into the living room was recently done as well. Thew bathroom and bedroom could use some updating. The bathroom reminded me of the master bath of my long departed parents.
