"Sea's The Day" is a 1 bedroom 1 bath condo in the heart of Port Aransas.The bedroom has 2 Queen Beds and there is a spacious full bath. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook your catch of the day. Nice newly remodeled kitchen with new appliances and an ice maker. The condo is located on the first floor, has a nice patio and is close to the beach access. Sea Isle Village is a wonderful community complete with an over-sized pool, sports court and playground area for the kids. There is centrally located beach access. Small dogs allowed, only for 30-day or more renters.
There is parking allowed for ONE vehicle at this unit. If you are to rent a golf cart, you must go to the onsite Sea Isle Village office and get a parking pass from them. Parking passes are required.

However, the location was great (close to beach) and it was clean. Being able to sit out on the patio in the morning was nice. The property management company was extremely nice.
Do hope everything is ok after Hurricane Harvey's visit.
The only issue is that the light switches need to be labeled as I could never figure out how to turn on the kitchen light; the light switch for the living room was in the hallway & the light switch in the bedroom was in the living room.
The rooms were clean and nicely furnished. The new kitchen was perfect for cooking in; all I needed was food and spices. The bedroom was clean and had plenty of room. The bathroom was a bit outdated but clean.
The rooms were easy walking distance to the beach, even with two babies and all the gear that goes with kids at the beach.
The only negatives I had were that the front desk people could not provide clean linens and towels. It was also inconvenient to return the keys to another location. The laundry facilities could use a remodel as well, though the washer and dryer were new and clean.
