Description
Sculpture Point Oasis at The Sea Ranch is just a block from the steps down to Pebble Beach. Tucked neatly inside a full fence, the special setting becomes a private hideaway. This home is enriched by original art and photography and tasteful furnishings.
The house is split-level, with a half flight up to the entry door, which opens onto the guest bedroom level. Up the half flight brings you to the living area, or down the half flight to the large master suite.
The living room is spacious with abundant windows, comfortable seating, and a fireplace. The open floor plan here includes the kitchen, the generous dining area, and slider out to the upper deck. Views and natural light fill the space.
The guest bedroom has a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, and slider to the mid-level deck and the patio area below. The master bedroom on the lower level is very roomy, with king bed, ensuite bathroom, dressing area, gas fireplace, TV, and slider to the patio and hot tub area.
The enclosed courtyard is roomy, with a picnic table and lovely flagstones. The hot tub is on the patio just off the master bedroom, accessible from the yard, or steps off the oceanside deck.
The views are broad, across the meadow and toward the ocean, with abundant wildlife to watch throughout the day, and the changing sounds of the surf are soothing.
This home accepts dogs for an additional pet fee. This home offers internet access.
Due to water conservation in effect, we do not make beds. Please make up ONLY the bed(s) you'll use to minimize unnecessary laundry loads. Clean linens will be bagged in each room.
Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch.
Maximum occupancy (not including children under 3) shall be 6 (six).
Maximum number of vehicles shall be 2 in the driveway and 1 in the garage
Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day.
NO outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time of day or night.
