Walk to everything the Town of Winter Park has to offer and only 100 yards away from the shuttle stop for the resort. Hideaway Park is just across the street, home to a sledding hill in the winter and weekend festivals/concerts in the summer. The best local breweries, shopping, dining, and distillery are just a short walk away. Surrounded by trails to enjoy hiking, biking, XC Skiing, snowshoeing, and wildlife viewing. In addition, RMNP and Grand Lake are a short drive away for summer activities and ice fishing or snowmobiling in the winter.
This town home has three bedrooms, three and one half baths, a private outdoor hot tub, a gas grill, two outdoor decks, a private one car garage and driveway for a second car. When you enter on the ground floor you'll find a bedroom with a queen bed, a bathroom with a stand-up shower, and a hot tub out on the back patio. The main floor features a gas fireplace, a new sectional sofa, 50" TV, a beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops, dining table with room for 8 and a half bath. Two decks are also on this floor with a gas grill and outdoor dining. Upstairs is the Master Suite with a queen bed and a full bath, the bunk room with two twin bunk beds and it's own full bath. There is also a full size laundry set on the top floor to clean your gear for the next days adventures.
The Lift free shuttle service runs every 30 mins in the winter for easy access to Winter Park resort. Even though this property is short proximity to activities, restaurants and shopping, it feels very secluded being right next to the Fraser River and Fraser Trail and being surrounded by forest. You will want to come back to this location again and again for future trips to the Fraser Valley.
