WRISTBANDS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL GUESTS DURING MARCH & HOLY/EASTER WEEK
Spring Break & Holy Week (March 1st - April 9th, 2023): Everyone occupying the rental must be at least 21 years of age or older. Anyone under the age of 21 will not be permitted. Identification of Each Guest must be presented at check-in. Any guest who is not 21 or older will not be permitted to occupy the home and will not be eligible for a refund. This rule does not apply to family groups or otherwise approved by an SPI Rentals employee.

This coastal themed beachfront condominium features spectacular views from every room! Overlooking the turquoise blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico, this beachfront unit is located on the 14th floor and offers fantastic views of South Padre Island's beaches and Saida Condominiums tropical grounds.
This two bedroom/two bathroom beachfront condominium entails beautiful flooring, updated bathrooms, large bedrooms and a spacious living area tastefully decorated with island decor. The dining area allows guests to eat while taking in the beach views. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils. The refrigerator includes an ice maker. The bar offers three additional seating for guests to sit.
