This lovely multi story townhouse is located in one of Beaver Creek's premier neighborhoods; The Meadows! For travelers with discerning tastes, The Meadows S2 is guaranteed to complete your resort experience. With high end finishes, two king beds and amazing proximity to the slopes, this townhouse will truly take your breath away.

Situated on the ground level, the main living area features towering windows for ample natural light and fantastic ambiance. The kitchen, dining area, living room, garage access and upper patio are on this level of the home. The kitchen features modern appliances, a gas range and a nice breakfast bar. The spacious dining area makes entertaining a breeze. Adorned with a natural edge dining table and cowhide chairs the dining area seats eight comfortably.
The living room is also airy and open with a large leather sectional, flat screen TV and a charming, stone-wrapped, wood burning fireplace. Just off the living room is a small covered patio that overlooks the tennis club and lifts.
Down the stairs to the second level is the master bedroom, den, guest bathroom and laundry room.
The den is finished with log siding and dimming lights; perfect for a movie theater experience.There's also a great writing desk in this room and you can close the room off for extra guests to take advantage of the sleeper sofa in their own private space. Just outside the den is a full guest bathroom with cute fish wall paper and a stall shower. The laundry room features a full size washer/dryer and some extra storage.
The master suite has views of the slopes and a completely remodeled bathroom.There's a king bed and TV in the master with a nice closet. The bathroom features a dual vanity, deep soaking tub and a modern shower.The lowest level of the home has two more bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms. One first guest room has a king bed and the second has a twin over double bunk bed with a twin trundle.
This townhouse is considered ski-in, ski-out and is extremely close to the Highland lift. There are multiple outdoor hot tubs at the Meadows and the tennis club is right out your back door. You can walk to the main village in about 8 minutes.
