You’ll love having access to two private beaches -- one north and one south of your retreat. Both feature a pier and swimming pool; the south beach includes a volleyball court!
The Great Room features vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams, floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the lake, and a gas fireplace. Doors open to the main deck.
The family room includes a smart TV with a gaming console and a wood stove. Doors open to the lower deck.
KITCHEN & DINING
Prepare delicious meals in the kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of appliances.

BED & BATH
This home sleeps eight guests between three bedrooms and the office.
The primary bedroom offers a king bed, large smart TV, and sweeping lake views. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a double vanity, jetted soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. The third bedroom provides two full-size beds.
The office is appointed with a queen bed, a writing desk, and access to a private deck.
The guest bathroom has a jetted tub/shower combination. A half bath adds convenience.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
The main deck has a dining table and a chaise lounge, while the lower deck has ample seating. Both decks include stunning views of the water and surrounding mountains.
Take your morning coffee on the deck off the office.

Parking is available for two cars in the driveway. Street parking is prohibited.
The property is not equipped with air-conditioning.
Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances. The outdoor furniture may be stored and unavailable during winter months.
Over-occupancy and noise violations will result in fines or eviction.
Head to D. L. Bliss State Park to swim and paddle at Lester Beach or hike the Rubicon, Lighthouse, and Balancing Rock Trails. In winter, ski scenic terrain at Homewood or Squaw Valley.
