The location was absolutely perfect for tubing the Comal. Could not have asked for better. The condo was spotless and the kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything we needed. The check in process was so easy. There were only two drawbacks that I could think of. One was the mattress and pillows in the master bedroom. They were so hard and ancient that we did not get a good night's sleep during our stay. The other was the amount of people who came in through the river and the street to the complex's "private" pool. They jumped the security fence and would use the pool. This happened everyday we were there. Wristbands and security are not enforced. No biggie, I guess. But it's shame when we are paying good money to stay there snd they are not.

New Braunfels Escapes was awesome, when I called to find the perfect location for my family they really did a great job and the staff was super sweet every time I talked to anyone. The rental (condo) itself wasn't the best! The furniture was hard, The couch had boards under the cushions which made it kinda hard but not to bad, the beds on the other hand were really hard thankfully they had a foam mattress in the master closet that I but over the master king size bed ( loved the size of the bed ). The condo stayed HOT because the AC setting would only let you turn it down to 69 degrees which during the day was fine but at night it was hard to sleep!!!! Something I really loved was they did have dishes, pots & pans and utensils there so the things I forgot to bring they had there. The location was ideal for my family because Texas tubes is just right outside the fence and the kids loved the pool plus being able to was right in to the comal river!

Was a great experience. Great location for a river trip. Close to most NB attractions.

The condo amenities were the biggest perk about our stay. The easy access to the river and the pool were great! It's also walking distance to downtown. The condo itself was decent, it needs a few upgrades, but it still worked for the weekend. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

Great location ...clean property...but dont expect a good night's rest on the sleeper sofa or the futon both are horrible.

This property has amazing access to the river. The pool was very nice. It was very family friendly. The unit itself was nice. It could use more seating in the living room. The stove is not great. It does lean. Also the pots and pans were horrible. Don't plan on cooking. Basic condiments are not in the unit example salt, pepper. I have stayed in several properties through VRBO this was the lesser of them.

The location and cleanliness was good. The sleeping part, not so much. We had eight people, the fold out couch was very uncomfortable and the pad we didn't use. Thank goodness we brought 2 blow up mattresses or it would have been a horrible experience for 2 couples. Other than the sleeping conditions, it was a great experience

Perfect location. Place was nice. Clean. Smaller than it appeared on pictures. Pull out couch mattress thin and uncomfortable.<br/>But, I hear that's normal for pull out couches.<br/>We had a good time. Great for families. This place is close to a water chute and that is too fun!

We had an amazing time. Property was as described. Condo was clean all tho could use an update. Comal River was one step away. Pool was nice. Downtwon area was so close, we went for a walk. I love this place. I will be staying here again soon!! Thank you NBE for the welcoming experiance.

This condo is the perfect location! There were 8 of us women and the location could not have been more perfect for us. It is located right next to Texas Tube making it very accessible to float the river. It slept us all comfortably and was very clean. We definitely would return to this condo! Also secures definitely on guard.

Brittany, in the management office, was most helpful. It would be nice if the owner included a few basic kitchen supplies such as salt & pepper, sugar, creamer, sweetener, tea and coffee.

Overall, we had fun. It was a good place to start kids tubing as it was a short, calm ride. Even the daring five year old loved his time on the river. It would have made more sense to advertise as being able to sleep 6 comfortably and 8 with a blow up mattress.

We had a wonderful stay at River Run Condos! Everyone from New Braunfels Escapes was really easy to work with. The condo was spacious, clean and in the perfect location. I'm not sure how we would have comfortably slept eight people -- we had six and it was pretty tight. It's probably also time to replace the mattress on the pull-out couch. Other than that, everything was great!

We love staying at this condo property for our annual river trip. This unit was by far the best we've stayed in yet. It was a little inconvenient to have to go to the office first instead of straight to the condo like others, but not terrible. We just got a little lost trying to find it. Also, the sofa bed in the living room was the #1 worst mattress I have ever laid hands on. My brother and I laughed in disbelief for a solid 30 minutes while we took turns trying to lay on it, so don't depend on that for a bed. We laid a sheet over the sofa instead and that was ok enough for him. Everything else was very clean and in good condition. I LOVED the little bath products and makeup wipes in the bathrooms. I would highly recommend this unit on this property.
