Beautiful Guadalupe Riverfront 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home right after the 2nd crossing of scenic River Rd. Prime tubing section of the river. This newly renovated home with multiple outdoor decks offer guests plenty of seating to enjoy the outdoors and watch the world float by! Take in those beautiful Texas nights under the stars! Great place to fish, swim, tube and kayak! Relax around the firepit in the evenings (firewood not provided.) Interested in fishing? This is the perfect place for you! The Guadalupe River is stocked with trout starting December 1st! There are lots of things to discover all around us.... river tubing, lake life, live music, arts and craft fairs, wineries, antiquing, bird watching & wildlife viewing.
Welcome to Hazlewood Haus! Inside the newly renovated home, guests will surely enjoy the large windows that allow for amazing views of the Guadalupe River from the kitchen and living room. The open living/kitchen concept allows for guests to relax after a full day on the river. Large leather sofa and loveseat allow seating for our guests.
The wrap-around kitchen island, with beautiful new granite countertops, offers bar-style seating. There is additional bar seating that could easily double as office space for those who will be staying with us for both business and pleasure! The kitchen is fully equipped with all the luxuries of home including pots/pans, cooking utensils, dishes, and silverware.
Both main floor bedrooms feature a large flat-screen TVs en suite bath and plenty of storage space for luggage or personal items. Both bedrooms boast a queen size bed. Bring an air mattress for the living room and we will allow 2 more guests. The primary bathroom has a walk-in shower while the secondary bedroom has a standup shower and tub.
The closest tubing outfitter is Jerry’s only 2 miles away from the home. Nearby attractions include Schlitterbahn “America’s Favorite Waterpark”, Only 7 miles away and Historic Gruene Texas, and Gruene Hall “Texas’ Oldest Dancehall” 8 miles to downtown New Braunfels. Whitewater Amphitheater is 9 miles away. Annual local events include Wurstfest, the Comal County Fair, Texas Hill Country Beer Festival, Hill Country Craft Beer Festival, Gruene Wine & Music Festival, Wein & Saengerfest, Wassailfest and so much more!
