Description
Enjoy a mountainside moment at this 2-BR, 2BA condo in Sugar Mountain! Part of the famous Sugar Top Resort, this vacation rental offers gorgeous, panoramic views of the Blue Ridge Mountains from the balcony. You'll have access to an indoor heated pool and hot tubs, with skiing, snow tubing, nature walks, and hiking bike trails close by. A shuttle is included to get you to and from ski resort. Enjoy a cup of hot cocoa in front of the roaring fireplace or sit outside enjoying the view of the mountains. Whether you enjoy swimming, relaxing in the hot tub, having a nice workout or getting a good sweat in the sauna, you will not be disappointed!
The place is only a few minutes away from ski slopes, shopping, and dining areas. One ski slope is within walking distance, and the others are accessible by the free shuttle. The two bedrooms come with a Queen bed each and the unit includes two full baths with tubs and shower, a private washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, and a dishwasher. Smart TVs are in the living room and also in each bedroom, with fast and reliable Wi-Fi and cable along with all of your regular streaming options. The ski slopes are easily accessible and shuttles are also available during the weekends and holidays. The fireplace requires wood and may not go on if the signs on the elevator say no fire due to high winds.
The pool area includes 2 hot tubs, a shared heated indoor pool, a sauna, a steam room, a locker room with shower, and a gym/fitness center. The pool area hours are from 9AM to 11PM. Please note that due to constantly changing COVID protocols, there may be limited access to the pool area. There are vending machines and a small library in the lobby area as well for convenience. The wifi password is under the router in the kitchen
Please note about parking: The top parking is limited to owners and a few guests. When the top lot is full there is parking in lot A, and a shuttle bus will bring you back and forth to your car.
