Rocky Mountain Getaway is a new one-level home that is sure to be your favorite retreat away from home. This beautiful and comfortable home is a Monthly Long-Term Rental property available for extended stays of 30 night minimum reservations only. The property sleeps eight guests and offers four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a laundry room with mud sink and garage for your convenience, private hot tub and deck in a wooded area. A perfect family getaway for working, learning and playing in Estes Park and the Rocky Mountains!
Enter into a large open plan living and kitchen area. The living room features a gas fireplace, a large flat screen TV, and a large leather sectional with reclining options. The beautiful kitchen is part of the open living area with seating for three, and is well appointed for your cooking needs. Enjoy meals or games and work at the dining table. There is also a cozy desk space just off of the living area. This large open living space provides lovely views while preparing meals, dining and lounging. Step onto the back deck for a covered and relaxing space, including access to the private hot tub.
The master bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV, an ensuite bathroom with open walk in shower, two sinks, and a separate toilet room. Two bedrooms feature queen size beds each with flat screen TVs. The fourth bedroom has sliding barn style doors, and has a twin over twin over full bunk bed with stair set to the top bunk. The shared bathroom includes a tub/shower combo.
This home is within a few minutes from the Beaver Mountain entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Downtown Estes is a quick five-minute drive away.
If you are looking for a home to stay 30+ days for work or play, this home should be your first consideration.
- Management provides a starter kit of amenities (an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, and liquid dishwashing soap). Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.

Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups and hot tub services. These are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the following required services.
The guest will be contacted for payment as follows:
$88 (one mid-stay cleaning for stays of 14-30 days, OR a Safety Check at no charge to the guest)
$88 (mid-stay cleaning for 30+ days required every 14 days each at $88, OR no-cost Safety Check)
$30 (trash pickup required every 14 days, $30 each)
$30 (hot tub services for reservations 14+ days, required every 7 days at $30 each)

- No large vehicles, i.e. RVs, trailers.

- In the unlikely event the private hot tub were to break down and can't be repaired for guest use, management will refund the hot tub fee.
- BEARS in the area - secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.
- Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.
- Plowing/shoveling occurs when we have 4 inches of fresh snow on the ground prior to your arrival.
