Hop on the Bay Runner Trolley (only a quick 8-minute walk) and enjoy your free ride to Downtown, over the Ringling Bridge to St. Armand’s Circle, Lido Beach and The Ted Sperling Nature Park for kayaking. Payne Park is also under a 10-minute walk. This 29-acre park is home to the Payne Park Skate Park, a large circus themed playground for children, walking trails, on site cafe and amphitheater. The Legacy Trail is also less than ½ mile from the house, a 22.9 mile paved trail for cyclists, walkers and inline skaters.
