Loved the condo, the location was great, the view was fabulous. We saw birds, squirrels, ducks, and a deer. The condo is modern and comfortable. The only con: the downstairs neighbor was smoking on the patio.

These Condos were everything we had hoped for and more. We had 3 rented out for family members and each condo was spotless and beautiful. The view from the rooms were beautiful as well and grounds kept were very clean and maintained. The location was perfect. We will definitely be back!

My family enjoyed a great getaway right on the river. Our condo was in pristine condition and just steps from the cold Guadalupe River!! We can't wait to go back next year.

Beautiful condo ! Nice view! The only bad thing that they said no dogs I couldn't bring mine :( but yet I saw some people bringing theirs I saw more than 4 (signs of no dogs everywhere) other than that very nice place to stay!

Really enjoyed our holiday weekend. We didn't have any complaints or issues.

The river was low but we made the best of it! the condos are nice and accommodating.

Our family rented On the Rocks in late spring/early summer for a long weekend and can't wait to go back!<br/><br/>Upon arrival, the condo was spotless and welcoming. We appreciated the complimentary toiletries- better than our own, and plush towels and bedding. <br/><br/>The complex was very family friendly. We had no issues with rowdy neighbors and most of the other visitors/tenets also had young children. We even made some new friends. <br/><br/>We spent our first full day at the condo, going back and forth between the river and pool. We liked that the river had a 'beach' where we could set up chairs and watch the kids play. <br/><br/>The second day we went to Gruene to eat lunch and do some shopping. I was pleasantly surprised when our drive was only  20 minutes.  <br/><br/>The last day we decided to float the river. There is a resort next door that offers tubes and kayaks with pick up service at a reasonable cost. <br/><br/>We really enjoyed our time there and plan to book a return trip soon.

We really enjoyed this beautiful new condo. It is perfect for a retired couple like us. The condo property is clean and comfortable with a gated entry so you only come in to the parking lot with the code. We loved the view of the Guadalupe river. Even though we were there in January and it is mostly brown in Texas then, we enjoyed the beauty of this location. It is close to Canyon Lake and not far at all to New Braunfels. We appreciated working with Amanda at New Braunfels Escapes. She was very helpful with the whole process. We would love to go back again. The only problem with our visit is we found the master bedroom closet locked and unavailable for us to use. Also, there was no chest of drawers or dresser in the master so with only one night stand with two small drawers in this room we had no storage space for our clothes. This situation was quite a surprise and hopefully they will have found a solution for their guests going forward. The master bedroom problem is the only reason I will rate this experience with four instead of five stars.
