We were pleasantly surprised at the beauty,size,and neatness of the condo. The view was great and easy river access. Would recommend RG11 to anyone looking for a place to stay.
With the limited travel options this summer, we decided to rent a condo in New Braunfels. We were extremely happy with the condo. It was clean, updated, and right on the Guadalupe River. Only complaint is the check in processes of picking up the keys at a different location, more than 20 min away. The last thing one wants to do is add extra time and an extra stop when already driving from another city.
Check in was easy and the condo is very nice and had everything we needed. The river access is beautiful, but there's a short hike uphill to get back. That could be difficult for some. The only down side is the cost $1000 for a 2 night stay is pretty expensive. $300/night + taxes + fees+ $125 cleaning cost. We usually stay here but will probably try to find something a little less pricey so we can stay longer next time.
This is a very nice river condo, new and nicely decorated. Appliances, countertops, furnishings were all updated and modern. Clean and comfortable. Gated parking. Great view of the river. Good communication. It is very close to the "horseshoe" on the Guadelupe River. Several outfitters available close-by for tubing. We had our own tubes and used the public access point to float the horseshoe. Not too far from town, if you want to drive in and float the river in New Braunfels. We've stayed in a couple of places nearby that were more like a "river cabin" - comfortable but not what I would describe as nice. This place is not like that at all. It's a condo overlooking the river. Would definitely stay here again,

This place is so clean and beautiful! It was much bigger than I thought it would be. Beautiful view of the river. We can't wait to come back! My only complaint is the amount of light that comes in at night due to lights right outside the window. We draped the extra blankets over the curtains and it helped!
Nice condo, great location on the river, close to stores; security guards were a little overboard but overall great place.
